What A Girl Wants

The ebook format has been revised. This 2003 version has not been updated.

In Reon Laudat's romance, sparks fly and re-ignite an old flame...

When it comes to women, Harper Reynolds has decided he can live without them, especially one by the name of Ava Daniels. He hasn't spent any quality time with her since they were teens, when Ava befriended Harper and his aunt. But when the aunt passes away, she leaves her beautiful Victorian house to Ava and Harper, forcing them to share the same digs.
Harper is dazzled when he sees the woman Ava has become. The skinny nerd who had a monster-size crush on him has blossomed into a bombshell...

Ava, who thinks she's finally overcome her jones for Harper, is hurled back to square one. Harper is hotter than she remembered-a lot hotter! His aunt always hinted that she believed Ava and Harper belonged together. The trouble is, neither is looking for love. But living together-with only a thin wall separating their bedrooms-has a way of turning up the heat on a man and a woman.

And it won't be long before Harper finally discovers...

I love 💘it

This my first go round with this author and I'm impressed. I love the creativity that brought each character to life. I was speechless page after page. Harper was still struggling with his relationship with his parents and he also lived with the guilt of what happened to his sister. Ava and Harper may make a good team but Harper needed to decide if he was going to remain alone or admit how he felt about Ava. Enjoyed the comedic banter between both characters. Hilarious!

Great Read

I enjoyed reading about Harper and Ava. They are an inspiration to couples that are friends before becoming lovers. I recommend this book to everyone that needs to believe in second chances.

Stubbornness. Hardheaded. Two lovers with history, yet a nice read. I enjoyed it. Just enough.

Not great with a very average plot. The continuous sexual references makes the plot hard to follow.

This book I actually got from a supermarket...LOL...Didn't have anything to read and was on my way to get my hair done. Not your average drama filled book but was pretty good.

This is a re-read for me. Read this book several years ago and was curious about the updates the author made. I would give this a 3.5 rating. This reminds me of all the classic romance books written 10 years ago. The author has definitely improved over the years.
