Neo took the lead in this one, showing off his superhero abilities while recounting an early reader story. Batman and Robin are enjoying their evening, when the Batsignal flashes, indicating something is wrong. Rushing to the scene, they discover Catwoman in the middle of a jewel heist. Soon thereafter, another crook is seen committing a crime, then another...and then another. How will they be able to contain all these criminals in Gotham City? Batman has a plan and is sure to make it work in short order. Neo did so well with this piece, showing off his reading skills and ability to push through without too many stumbles. I surely have a super reader on my hands... look out Goodreads!

Great beginning reader. While many beginning readers are overly simplified to the point of not having a coherent plot, this one does a great job of keeping the story simple and easy to follow without being choppy. Short sentences make it a good book for young readers.

Wonderful message about not being afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Plus, there are many superheroes featured including Wonder Woman and the Flash.

I especially liked the illustrations. Nice details and I liked the art style.

A very good book for superhero fans.

Summary: This book is about the classic story of Batman and his sidekick, Robin driving the batmobile around Gothem city to fight crime. The bad guy or crook they catch in this story is Cat woman!
Connections: My brother always loved superheroes like Batman and Spiderman.
How you would use it: As an option to chose from in my classroom library.

I know, I know, this one does not seem worth reviewing since, well, it is what it is, except for one thing:
HOW DID I NOT KNOW CATWOMAN WAS A BAD GUY?!
I don't know where this tidbit has been all my life, I knew I was bad at superheroes but apparently much worse than I thought. I thought I should document which book it was that finally taught me this important fact.
