First book in The Faith on the Line series

Adam Montgomery is a plastic surgeon

Katharine Darling- also known as Kate by her friends or Nurse Darling because she is a nurse.

They are working with Doctors Without Borders in a clinic in Venezuela.

Adam seems to have a better then thou attitude but Kate see's where he's also a good man and Dr. He is kind to his patients if not to his co-workers.

Kate knows she is in a different world then Adam. He grew up with money and she grew up poor. But she can still dream of life with someone like Adam.

After a robbery at the clinic, Adam is shot. The team is called back to Colorado Springs until they find out whats going on.

Multiple stories in this book, as the beginning of a series.

This is the 2nd book I read by Gail Gaymer Martin. This book's storyline was okay. I liked the Christian theme in this story. I liked Kate's character. I liked how Kate stood by Adam. I liked Adam's character. I felt sorry for Adam. I liked Adam's strength in this story. I liked how Adam protected Kate. I liked the ending.

Wonderful story! Great characters! Even more action packed than I expected! Absolutely loved it and can't wait to find more Faith on the Line books!

I think Gail Gaymer Martin did a great job setting up Faith On The Line Miniseries. I am glad that we have inter-library loans to get the rest of these books.
