Tank I had a lot to be thankful for. At one point, I thought I had it all. But that's the thing about flying high, there's always bound to be a crash. I never imagined that crash to completely rip my life in two. I never expected to feel so helpless, ever. When I woke from a coma and realized it was all gone, I had to get away. I could no longer stand by and hold my head up. So, I packed what little I had left and took off. My brothers of the Steel Paragons MC didn’t even try to stop me and I was alright with that. I never thought I’d see the day I’d turn my back on the club I’d grown up in, but then again, I never thought I would lose it all. I hid away in a cabin on the side of a mountain. It was there that I found the oddest woman I’d ever known. She wasn’t warm or sweet. In fact, she was the complete opposite. Somehow, she kept me from stepping off the edge and showed me that my journey wasn’t over.
Nadya Desperate to get my name back after a hit gone wrong, I took a job I never should have, working for a man who turned out to be worse than the Devil. Despite the gut feeling I had about my employer, I kept my blinders on the entire time—or at least I tried to. Months went by and I grew restless and irritated as I waited for my target to arrive. Then he showed up and what I didn’t expect was my hesitation on the one thing I was great at.
Eve R. Hart has a habit of weaving stories laced thick with romance. They often bounce between awkward humor and dark themes- sometimes making a scary combination of the two. It doesn’t matter how it comes, she just wants love to win at the end of the day.
Eve lives on the coast of North Carolina with their partner in chaos, three beautifully nerdy kids, and a ridiculously sweet dog. When they need a break, you’ll find Eve lost in a book, playing board games with her family, or whipping up something crazy in the kitchen.
Loved the twist in this one....and even though Tank said it wasn't his story to tell by gosh I need to know what happened. Hopefully this reader finds out in Axe's book. Loving this MC series a d in devouring it. So just know that this reader...... Highly recommends this series. Thanks Jamie Nibarger Ellis
I LOVE this whole series but Tank might be my favorite so far...think I said that with Loch and Diesel too though!! Lol. This book made me laugh and made me cry and I know I will be reading it again!! Love that there are such great woman characters. This series has such great characters that u grow to love and makes it so much better than the typical MC series
I couldn't decide if I wanted to read or skip this one. I stay away from stories that deal with a death of child. I read several reviews before I decided to dive in. My heart hurt for Tank. Tank does get a HEA so if you are on the fence go ahead and jump over and get the book. You will not be disappointed! Promise!
And I do mean that in the BEST way!!! I honestly loved how accurately the emotions were portrayed and the energy between the characters. The transaction from emotion to emotion were just on point and I can't wait for more of the series!!
Wow get your heart broken and then remended as we follow along with Tank and find out not everything or everybody is always as they seem.Such an amazing story.can be read alone but I def recommend at starting from the begining with Loch.Steel Paragons Mc has it all.Dirty talking Bikers, and the love they have for who they consider family
I had to take some time to be able to write this review Tank's story was so heart-wrenching it made me ugly cry it pulled you into the story and you had the feels the whole way thru. The journey Tank and Dya went thru is hard and bumpy but the needed to get to the end. Loved this story and Eve is a heck of a writer can't wait for more.
I’m not a fan of the way this author ends her books . I was waiting for a huge action filled climax and it faded to epilogue instead . It’s her style and that’s fine but it’s just not my personal preference. I loved the story and the characters . This story is mostly set away from the MC and is heartbreaking but does have a HEA that I’ve been waiting for Tank to have . I will still read more in this series because the stories are good .
I can't imagine the loss Tank felt when he lost his son. It broke my heart watching him grieve. I wish that Nadya would have had the chance to tell him about her career instead of the way it went down. I had a feeling something was up with the sister disappearing and I was so glad that I was right.

A heart pulling and self doubt read. Filled with dark decisions and choices to come out into the light. Great attention to the hot alpha men of Steel Paragons MC
I laughed out loud and cried throughout this entire story. It has been the best one I have read yet. The raw emotions that you know you have felt at some point in time. The honesty of the emotions are wonderfully written!
An assassin. A bad boy MC hulk of a man. A little boy. Lots of love and a lot of heartache. Like all bumpy roads, this one was hard to travel. But am I grateful I found this story. Tank and Dya have one of the most beautiful love stories out there in the MC world. They had to overcome a lot to get to their HEA. Thank you for a great read.
Wow, what a ride!! This book has all the feels, I was so mad that I wanted to give up at one point, however I’m so happy that I stuck with it!! Tank/Noah is going through the darkest days of his life and Dya who is supposed to be his destruction ends up being his savior.
There not many books that’s I’ve laughed and cried! This is one of them books 😢😢😢😂😂😢😢 I love tank and his son and killer 🙈 I request another book just on these 3 please
Tank's story definitely had a lot of twists and turns....I cried a lot of tears. Can't wait to read the next book and hopefully find out the Savage story.
These books keep getting better and better. I really like the slow build up of the story between the two characters. Can't wait for the next one. Great Book!
The story was really good when there was a story. I skipped probably the first 1/3 of the book because it wasn’t beneficial to the story and it was boring, a lot of “fluff” pages. Once the story kicked in, finally, I loved it. I didn’t like the huge cliff hanger at the end and that ruined the epilogue or the end of the story that was left out of this book. I was very disappointed in this book. The ending was very rushed and just stopped, there really was no ending, the book just stopped.
Welp! I'm definitely the odd man out on this one. For me, this story was kinda boring. Despite there was hardly any angsty feels in this one. Maybe it's just my mood though.... ["br"]>
I felt for Tank when he lost his son on fire. He was depressed and isolated himself from everyone he loved to grieve but he let Nadya along the way. Nadya was on an assignment, but couldn’t fulfill her assignment because she fell in love.
Omg plot twist, jeez that was a great storyline. Absolutely love Dya and Noah together their chemistry is off the charts hot. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. 5 stars.
Not sure if I missed it as I did skip a few of the fluff dialogs, how and why did his sister get Grass out the house and who was hiding them. This gap in the story is the reason for 3 stars and not 4.
