Overall, a good story featuring Biggie from Trolls. In it, Biggie seeks help from the Bizzy Buzzer Bugs to make cupcakes for a party.
I was a little disappointed that the Bugs didn't really receive anything in return for their work. They could have at least been invited to the party. Instead they are presented as creatures that "love to work hard", which has an ominous shadow of justifying slavery because slaves "liked" the work. Obviously reading too much into a children's book here, but I really think the give-and-take was missing in this transaction.
The pictures were good and the words were simple for beginning readers. There is also a nice amount of opposite words (in, out, messy) to help teach concepts. Overall, a good book for fans of Trolls.

This book is about Biggie from the movie Trolls and his job is to bake cupcakes for an upcoming party. Poppy is throwing a party and would like for Biggie to make a lot of cupcakes but he can't do all the cupcakes by himself so he asked for help. Biggie asked cloud guy but he was too busy getting ready for the party but he tells Biggie to ask the bugs. The bugs are very hard workers and they have trouble stopping, they made too many cupcakes that they overloaded the bakery.

5 stars from a 4 year old, it made her laugh and want to bake some cupcakes with mama! The colors are good too.
