“Doesn’t skimp on lively charm . . . Romance fans will enjoy this fun, frothy tale” from the New York Times–bestselling author of Need You and Want You (Publishers Weekly).

Sexy, smart, and exciting, the Garner brothers have made Glory Junction, California, the country’s top extreme sports town—but there’s no shortage of thrills wherever they go . . .

Darcy Wallace may be an employee at Garner Adventure, but the kind of excitement she’s looking for is more of the indoor variety. After a sexless marriage and a painful divorce, who better to help her get her groove back than the hottest player in town—Win Garner himself. There’s just one flaw in her seduction he won’t cooperate.

Win is used to being the pursuer, so when Darcy turns the tables it throws him off his game—at first. Not that he isn’t tempted, he’s just trying to change his ways. Yet when he and Darcy are paired up for a work project there’s no avoiding the tension between them—or the fact that they make an indomitable team. Soon, Win begins to feel their connection is no game. This could be the real thing. And one no-strings-attached night together just might seal the deal . . .

I received this e-ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

At times I scrutinize my decision to exchange reviews for ARCs. So far only one has delivered, and I sometimes think my reading time could be better spent elsewhere.

This book falls under that category.

“Women loved him. Young, old, single, married, it didn’t seem to matter. From the time he was old enough to grow whiskers, they’d been throwing themselves at him.”

description

What I don’t get is this:

Are there actually readers out there who thinks this is appealing? Believable? Endearing? Romantic? Swoon worthy? Attractive?

And

Why would we take the hero’s word for this??????

Often in these books (present book applicable) the hero is the one who mentions how good he is in bed, how he can make women squeal, moan, scream out in pleasure…

description

If I am going to believe ANYONE the judgement would be coming from a female character who knows the hero intimately.

I don’t want to read about how slutty a man is, just as I don’t want to read about how slutty a woman is.

That’s right, I’m an equal opportunity slutty condemner.

The amount of people you have slept with gives no indication how good in bed you are, it does however say something about your character.

description

In this book there are paragraphs upon paragraphs about how many women the hero has slept with, so about five chapters in I could not stand his breathing guts.

Internal monologue like this didn’t help

- It had taken the rest of the rodeo for the fact that she’d been married to sink in. Shy, quiet, horny little Darcy. He never would’ve guessed it. Not in a million years. Then again, he didn’t know much about her personal life. All their conversations had either been work-related or about him.

ARC REVIEW

Garner Brothers #3, YAY Win and Darcy finally get together! Win is typical youngest child syndrome, he's a bit spoiled and self centered, reckless with money and willing to take risks but he's so charismatic and very social and confident and he's truly a nice person you can't help but like him and he plays on that. He knows he's good looking and he's not shy about it. But because of this none of his older brothers take him seriously and after the near father encounter he had he's realized he needs to take the family business seriously. Darcy is a people pleaser and until recently she was in a loveless marriage. Realizing she needed more she left him and moved to Glory Junction to be with her Grandmother and started working at Garner Adventure. Finally starting to live life for herself who better to end her dry spell than free-with-his-favors Win, only he turns her down. Win has grown up a lot in the last six months and he's stopped sleeping around and when shy Darcy offers herself to him he's dumbfounded and kind of hurt that she thinks he would be that easy after what happened but he also starts to see Darcy as something more than just the receptionist at his family's business.

Darcy has been wanting more responsibility at GA and when the opportunity to host the employees of a big social media company's corporate retreat and team building weekend Darcy and Win are paired together for securing the job. If they succeed then Darcy gets her promotion and Win gets his raise. When Darcy's Mom shows up out of the blue and Win starts telling her than Darcy can't get back together with her ex because Darcy and Win are already married, it was a joke all ment in fun but Darcy having to deal with her mother's harsh criticism doesn't think it's funny. Win sees how her mother treats her and becomes very protective of her but that's just the start of Darcy's familial problems.

Darcy and Win's relationship is hot and heavy but because of Darcy's insecurity she is constantly doubting herself in the relationship and is just waiting for him to end it to be with someone better. Win on the other hand has fallen head over heels for Darcy and there is no one better for him. Reading the other two books and this one you can really see the change in Win and how much he has grown up, not to much because that devil may care attitude really helps with securing new clientele. Overall, this was a delightful opposites attract romance, they balance each other out once they learn how and they are good for each other. As always Stacy Finz writes a heartwarming and entertaining romance. Don't miss the next novella in the anthology Santa's on His Way where Stacy Finz writes Snowed In about Glory Junction's own Rachel Johnson, owner of Tart Me Up bakery, and the yummy bar owner, Boden Farmer. (out in September)

Reviewed for Romancing the Readers Blog: https://romancingthereaders.blogspot....

There is nothing better then reading a book that you feel is just so much fun to read. It makes the book so much better. That's how I felt when I read Love You. I just got a bang out of it. Sure, there are a few emotional parts but the author handles them so well that they just enhance the story, not become the focal point.

As a whole Love You is like I said a fun read. I just love the interaction between Darcy and Win. The story for them starts out with a bang or should I say a not bang and keep going from there. I know you want to know what the not bang was...read the book!

I totally understood why Win decided it was time to stop playing the field and give up the ladies for a while. You'll learn more about this when you first read Want You. This is why I love reading series in order. It helps to build the story for the next character.

Poor Darcy just wanted to prove something to herself and it didn't work out the way she wanted it too. But, what did happen between her and Win was so much better. They ended up learning so much about each other and really got to know the real person.

It's such a good story!

These are two characters I really loved to read about. In fact the whole series has been great. Love these brothers and I hope the series keeps going on. I really like the town and a certain bar owner. Hint..hint!

Review also found at https://kristineandterri.blogspot.com...

I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you! The expected publication date is July 31st, 2018.

It feels like it has been a while since I had read about the Garner brothers and Glory Junction. It took me a couple of pages for everything to come back to me and then I remembered how much I have enjoyed this series.

For those who have followed the series thus far, I think this one may just be my favorite of the bunch. There is something appealing about the reformed player and this is exactly what Win was. The fact that he also had a heart of gold, a beautiful face, and a body that is every girls dream also helped just a little. This is fiction after all.

I also enjoyed the evolution of Darcy from the first story to this one and how she really found herself and her voice.

I will skip the formalities of divulging any plot details. The synopsis pretty much covers it and the story stick true to the expected formula.

I have read quite a few if Stacy Finz' work and I find her to always be reliable and entertaining. I am actually sad that this was the last of the Garner brothers as I may now have to say goodbye to them and Glory Junction (a town I wished really existed). The only glimmer of hope that I may have is that this story hinted at perhaps Boden getting his own story. While not a Garner brother, I would love to see his story told.

Love You is a good story and a quick read. I wasn't happy when I hit the end because I WANT MORE. Win Garner has lead a life that is a lot of fun, but not a lot of follow through. It's all fun and if not, he moves on. After a near-miss in the parenthood department, he decides that he wants to be more than what he is. Darcy needs to break through the shyness. She is always being taken advantage of even from an ex-husband that thinks all she is good for is office organization and parents who think she cannot do better. However, when teamed up, Win and Darcy have surprises in store for everyone...including themselves.

Love You by Stacy Finz
Garner Brothers #3

Book three in the Garner Brothers series finds Win and Darcy Wallace find their HEA. It is a combination of friends to lovers and workplace romance that sees womanizer Win and Darcy the office employee Darcy pretending to be in a relationship and then getting to know one another better as they work, play and deal with family issues alone and together. Characters from previous books make an appearance again and well…it was an okay and rather predictable story that was well written even if the characters did not resonate with me.

Thank you to NetGalley and Kensington-Zebra Shout for the ARC – This is my honest review.

I just love this book!! Stacy Finz never disappoints!! Seriously, who doesn't love a shy girl and a playboy who completely turn out to be the total opposite?! Now she's outspoken and he is ready to settle down. Together they realize that maybe the old shy girl really could be what an ex playboy needs. Oh, they were made for each other and no place to start than at the company they work for at Gardner Adventures where life is all about loving the outdoors, working hard and playing harder! Funny, sexy, and oh so drool worthy!! Do not skip out on reading this book, you will totally miss out!

Thank you as always Stacy for allowing me to be a part of your review team!

I binge read the other books in this series, including the short story about Josh included in a collection of other authors. So I went into reading Love You with high expectations, and I was not disappointed at all!

This book is a great example of why I love dual POV. Throughout the series Win struck me as a guy who liked to have a good time and would often be found with a new woman on his arm. Getting to see inside his head in this book, though, really showed that there's more to him than meets the eye. The same for Darcy, who readers have gotten to know as the admin at Garner Adventures. There was so much more to her story than I had guessed.

There are, of course, appearances by the rest of the Garner clan, and liked getting glimpses of how each couple and their friends are doing. Even though all the Garner Brothers have gotten their own book, I hope there will be more to come from the little town of Glory Junction!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I loved this book! Stacy Finz is a very talented author. Love You will surprise and delight you. If you have not read the Garner Series you are missing out on wonderful set of romance stories with fun, humor, sexy brothers and lots of romance. What makes this series different is the way Stacy Finz draws you into the small town of Glory Junction and the quirky fun sexy characters that live there. You can’t miss out on the funny yet touching seduction scene Darcy has with Win. It’s hysterical! I received a ARC of this book and I loved every page!

When Glory Junction's resident playboy is ready to settle down and be taken seriously, but the quiet, unassuming receptionist at his family's outdoor adventure business asks him for one night of no-strings-attached fun . . .

I worked on an early version of this fun work romance, out on 7/31/18 in digital and print formats!

Don't let the title fool you, this is so much more than a love story. It has a great backstory with the Garner brothers series of Glory Junction!
#3 will fill you with glee, some intrigue that keeps you turning the page and hoping it doesn't end; along with a touch of sexiness!
Stacy does not disappoint - I love this series and hope there is more to come!

This is the story of the fourth Garner brother, Win. He’s the youngest, the wildest, the least reliable and responsible – or is he? In the previous book he made a huge mistake and nearly paid dearly for it, but at the start of Love You he’s a reformed man. No longer the Glory Junction Lothario, Win is off casual hookups and wants to somehow change his reputation. Unfortunately, it’s been a lot of years in the making and he’s having a tough time being taken seriously by anyone.

We have met Darcy, the Garner Adventure receptionist, in previous books. Almost paralytically shy, the only one of the brothers with whom she seems able to interact normally is Win. Their first interaction in Love You is both entertaining and humiliating for Darcy – but it opens Win’s eyes to the fact that he honestly Likes Darcy. He appreciates that she can be sassy and bossy and outspoken with him alone, and he determines to get to know her better platonically, because he is still determined to become a better man and not jump into any more casual relationships.

Trust issues are the problem - neither thinks they’re enough for the other. Darcy thinks she’s not pretty enough to hold Win’s attention, and Win doesn’t really believe he has anything to offer beyond his life-of-the-party shtick. The magic is that, by some amazing chemical reaction, each makes the other begin to believe that they can grow. Watching them sort themselves out is amusing, frustrating, and heartbreaking by turns. Darcy’s transformation is astounding, whereas Win’s is more hinted at, and therein lies my one small criticism: I wish Win was more open with Darcy about his history. However, as with all of Stacy’s stories, it is extremely well-written, with characters we care deeply about and never want to say farewell to, and I’m thrilled to have had the opportunity to review an advance copy.

At first (and I mean literally, the first page), I had no idea where this was going. BUT, I was quickly hooked and loved this book. I have read all of the Garner Brothers Series by Stacy, and I think what I love the most about them is how "relatable" the characters are. I absolutely loved "Love You". Win Garner is a Hottie-McHottie, but has just enough issues to make him absolutely lovable. Darcy is the girl that's cute, super-organized, all her ducks are in a row, but she's a bit insecure-yet-learning-to-be-assertive. I think that's a place we all find ourselves in. I'm sad that this is the last of the Garner brothers, but give this two thumbs up and look forward to whatever Stacy has next!

I received an ARC of this book from the author and I am delighted to give an unbiased review.

I personally do not care for reviews that tell the story. I can get a synopsis of the story from the book itself and to me it spoils it if the reviewer re-tells it so I won't do that in this review.

Stacy has finished this series with another great book. The story of Win and Darcy's romance is sexy, funny, romantic, full of sizzling hot chemistry, and fun. I love the setting of this series and can picture the charming small town perfectly from Stacy's descriptions. All of the characters are great and the playful kidding between the brothers is realistic but the love they have for one another comes through. It doesn't hurt that they are all hot alpha males either. :) I like the strong family bond of the Garner brothers and the fact that the women they love are strong, intelligent, independent women and the brothers appreciate those qualities in them.
The only part of this book or any book of Stacy's is that is comes to an end, even if it is has an HEA, and then the wait until the next book comes out. Seriously though if you haven't read a book by Stacy Finz you are totally missing out. This is definitely a five star read I highly recommend.

This is the third – and last – book in the Garner Brothers series, and I was looking forward to finishing out the series. There was a pretty large chunk about this book’s hero, Win, in the second Garner Brothers book, Want You, that mostly dealt with his relationship with Brittany. I was annoyed by him in that book, but I attributed it to the fact that I didn’t like how much his subplot was taking away from Deb and TJ’s story. Turns out, I just really don’t like Win!

After his last relationship took a turn for the worse – he nearly married his last girlfriend after she lied about being pregnant with his child, when it was really another man’s – Win’s sworn off casual hookups and is rethinking his life, looking to take on more responsibility at his work, the outdoor sports guide company owned by his family. So when he comes home to Darcy, the sweet and quiet receptionist at work, laying around in lingerie in his bed, he’s interested, but turns her down. Darcy’s horrifically embarrassed, even more so when Win now seems fixated on hanging out with her as a friend, insisting on taking her out to lunch and to the rodeo.

Darcy’s a bit of a doormat. Even though they’re divorced, she still helps her ex-husband out with his business. While she’s painfully shy around the other Garner brothers, she’s always felt comfortable around Win – well, until the lingerie incident. A child of a loveless marriage, her father pretty much ignores her and her mother criticizes her for being too frumpy. All Darcy wants is some recognition for her hard work, so when she and Win are assigned the chance of landing a Silicon Valley startup as a new corporate client, she jumps at the chance to get a promotion out of the receptionist role. Win’s equally motivated – he wants a raise so that he can check another item off his “become an actual adult” list and buy a house.

“It had taken the rest of the rodeo for the fact that she’d been married to sink in. Shy, quiet, horny little Darcy. He never would’ve guessed it. Not in a million years. Then again, he didn’t know much about her personal life. All their conversations had either been work-related or about him.”

Win’s constantly portrayed as a child-man, a guy who’s lucked into a job that lets him indulge his love of outdoor sports, but is somehow also still relentlessly chased and pursued by pretty much every woman who sees him. He’s self-obsessed and thoughtless, and isn’t used to thinking of anyone but himself. When they run into Darcy’s ex at the rodeo, Win lies and says they’re engaged, and then when Darcy’s mother unexpectedly shows up at work, Win starts telling an outrageous story about how they’re actually secretly married. Darcy is mortified, but Win doesn’t understand what he did wrong, or even get that he did anything wrong. After Darcy painstakingly plans out the company’s trial weekend visit, without even consulting her or giving her a heads-up, he throws her plans out the window and goes with “what feels right.” It was frustrating watching what was supposed to be the hero again disregarding Darcy’s hard work and not understanding what he was doing was hurtful. I was honestly really looking forward to the explanation for why he dropped out of the Olympic team, as it’s been hinted at before as being a sore spot for him, and I thought the explanation would reveal some bit of character that’d make him more sympathetic. I was disappointed to find out it was just because it took too much time away from his other activities. That’s not to say that he doesn’t improve over the course of the book, but to me, it felt like too little too late.

This all sounds awful, but besides, well, Win, I liked the rest of the book. I loved the setting of Glory Junction and all of its various crazy locals, and I loved the various activities they take the prospective customers to. While I liked seeing Darcy complete her transformation into a more self-assured woman, I still think she could’ve done better than Win! So, overall, I’d still recommend it to someone who’s read the previous Garner Brothers books and wants to complete the series.

I received an ARC copy for an honest review.
Wow this book was phenomenal. Win and Darcy. Win has to overcome his own past as a playboy and partier to be taken seriously.
Darcy has had a crush on Win for the last year that she has worked Garner Adventures. But she feels because of he's good looks that he's out of her league.
They both have insecurities but for different reasons. However when it counts there true strength of character shine through.

I received an Advance Reader's Copy of this book and am pleased to offer this unbiased review.

This was my favorite book in this series. The characters, the plot and the romance were well thought out and executed. The characters were likeable and the story plausible. This author has such a great ability to weave together a story, intermeshed with interesting minor characters and a great locale to make you feel as if you are part of the story. She gives you the ability to drop in and watch events unfold around you. This writer who is on my auto buy list and I have yet to be disappointed.

This, the story of Win and Darcy, who we have previously met, really shows a lot of maturation on the characters’ part and shows you a strong relationship building between two adults. I loved seeing how Win set about changing his life. This maturation gives the characters the ability to handle the roadblocks which arise in any relationship. Always a lot of fun thrown in, a ton of family dynamics and a few crazy town characters make every story more interesting. This was especially heart warming with an older family member playing an important role.

I do not believe in writing out the whole story in a review. This story is an excellent read and I was sorry to see it end. Grab your beach towel and chair, head out to the beach, the lake, or your backyard, and lose yourself in beautiful Northern California and two really enjoyable characters - you will not be disappointed!

Win Garner is well versed in wild, he has been down the one night stand road and back again, and now after a live changing experience he has decided to become a more responsible man. One that can be counted on, respected, and taken seriously, but after many years of tearing up the town, folks are having a hard time believing he is a changed man. Even though he took himself off the market he still has women throwing themselves at him, and he keeps turning them down, then their receptionist winds up in his room in the middle of the night looking for a roll between the sheets, and it kills him to send her packing... but he does. But then it gets him thinking, and he soon realizes she wasn't quite off base, they do have something brewing between them, but acting on it would be so wrong, she could do far better than a guy like him... problem is she only wants him!

While working at Garner Adventure Darcy has grown quite fond of the Garner brothers, one in particular though makes her heart skip a beat, Win Garner. He just so also happens to be the wild one of the bunch, a gorgeous man never wanting for attention from the ladies who loves one-nighters, so naturally Darcy figures is she dresses in a sexy nightie and shows up in his apartment late at night, he oblige her... but he doesn't he sends her packing! Great, the one man she thought wouldn't turn her down, did exactly that, and it hurts, and makes her realize her dream of being his girl will never happen. But then they find themselves working together on a new project, and after many late nights working side by side, the sparks start to fly, and Darcy begins to hold out hope that she may have a chance with him after all!

From the very first page of this delightfully crafted tale I fell for these characters, their little almost late night encounter lured me in, had me intrigued and from there I had to keep flipping the pages and see what adventure awaited me. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting these brothers, each one unique in their own right, and each one managing to find a special place in my heart, but after my time with Win I have to say he just edge his siblings out as my favorite. I loved following him along on his life changing journey, he made me smile, made me swoon, and left me in awe! If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting the Garner men I recommend you remedy that soon, because not only are you missing out on some good toe curling reading, but also the chance to meet some truly amazing characters!!

I requested an advanced copy of this title, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

This may have been the best of the 3 book Garner Bros. series by Stacy Finz. It certainly was better than the second book. I actually found myself not only liking the heroine Darcy Wallace the insecure young divorcee looking to give her love life (or at least her sex life) a kick start, but also the hero Win. Win Garner despite being in many ways your typical MR hero with the physical attributes to make women stare longingly anytime they see him. Despite that I really found myself rooting for Win as he struggles to change the common perception that he's just a "good time guy" with no depth and not a whole lot going on upstairs. People tended to see him as the male version of the pretty dumb blonde. Win had happily played that role for years being virtually a man whore. But now after a pregnancy scare (book 2) he thinks it's time to grow up, and act responsibly. In the meantime our heroine Darcy who works at Garner Adventures as a "Girl Friday" is ready to find out what all the talk is about when it comes to sex after leaving an almost sexless marriage where the two times she'd had sex it wasn't satisfying. She figures Good Time Win whom she's sort of befriended is the perfect guy to show her what she's been missing without any messy entanglements. But Win has other ideas. Add to that a handsy Dot.com executive who wants more than a business agreement from Garner Adventures and this book is a lot of fun. Fortunately at least in my eyes the other Garner brothers redeemed themselves some from the unflattering light I thought the second book put them in and of course we got to find out how their romances were doing as this book closes the series. My only problem with this book is it continues the theme that Garner Adventures is in financial trouble because of a pay out to a customer who threatened to ruin their reputation by blaming them for injuries he incurred from actions that were totally his own responsibility. They keep talking about a law suit that has put them in a financial bind and hurt their business but I thought they paid the guy off to avoid a law suit and negative publicity? If it cost that much money to pay him off why didn't they just allow their insurance company to take him to court and prove he not G.A. was negligent causing his injuries? it's a big deal because it keeps getting referred to in this book as why they need this new account so desperately. While this book may bring an end to the Garner Bros. portion of the Glory Junction series I suspect the author has at least one more book in the offing involving a romance between a certain pastry shop owner and bar owner. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

The Garner brothers are such a delight and this third book for Ms. Finz's Garner brothers series is a charming, nicely-paced, smooth read. Smooth in more ways than one because of the hero.

Win is a charming jokester. The one that loves the ladies. The one that usually pursues. However, he realizes a change needs to be made. But a spanner gets thrown into the works, causing that plan to go out the window because there's something about Darcy Wallace that makes Win want to break his new decision not to pursue women.

Being paired with Darcy on a project means no avoiding the tension between them. And there's plenty of tension. Deliciously hot tension that makes this story such an interesting and quick read. Really, I loved Win. He's dreamy, charming and I can understand why he wants to change his ways. Women love him but a near miss has made him change his priorities in order for his brothers to start seeing him differently and help with the family business. Will what he's trying to do work? Will his brothers see that he's finally growing up? Becoming the man they believe he can be. The brother that can help the family business the way he's supposed to.

While Darcy, she's been through a lot in her life and I could understand why she wants Win to be the one to help her get her groove back. Her divorce wasn't easy and getting back in the saddle with the town player might be the best way to see that she does deserve love. That her loveless marriage won't stop her from finding love, even if Win isn't the one for her forever. Still, hopefully being with him is a good start to recovery of finding her perfect match. Moreover, Darcy is such a strong heroine determined to get on with her life and move on from her painful divorce. Certainly, she does just that with Win, even if he isn't the most co-operative at the start. Yet, their connection is more than enough to convince both that what they have is the real thing. The real deal. A future of happiness.

Overall, Ms. Finz has delivered a wonderful read full of great characters in the main and secondary and a plot that had me hooked from start to finish. Really, I enjoyed both the main characters in Darcy and Win. They're likeable with such an intense connection.

I’ve been looking forward to Win’s HEA after his brothers got theirs, and this one did not disappoint! Win has quite the reputation as Glory Junction’s playboy until his last girlfriend tried to trick him into marriage by claiming he was the father of her baby. He decides to go cold turkey when it comes to sex, until Darcy appears in his bed one night trying to seduce him into sleeping with her. He refuses nicely but she is humiliated nonetheless, though he promises never to speak of it to anyone. What a beginning to a relationship, right? Toss in her ex-husband Lewis and Win’s brilliant idea of a fake engagement to throw him off hounding Darcy, plus the requisite Garner humor and you are left with a hilariously rocky road to romance.

But it’s not all sweetness and light, and I do have a HUGE bone to pick with Stacy. I was reading the story while waiting in a car dealership for my car to be looked over when I reached a certain point in the narrative where I had stop before I started crying in front of a bunch of people I didn’t know. Not cool! Except, that’s the #1 sign that I’m sucked into the story and characters…she’s just lucky it didn’t go where I thought it was going. I might have had to boycott her future books if she had! (I’m setting myself up here for the future, aren’t I?)

My other unhappiness is due solely to the fact that Win is the last of the Garner brothers, so what happens now? I’m a huge fan of the Nugget series as well, so I’m hoping she spins this off into a general Glory Junction series. I’m not the only reviewer who thinks Boden needs his HEA with oh, I don’t know, maybe Rachel?? A pub owner and a bakery owner sounds like it could be a sweet combination! (Sorry not sorry!)

Thank you to Kensington Zebra Shout and Netgalley for the chance to read this early!

In the third in the Garner Brothers series by Stacy Finz, Darcy Wallace decides that her life needs more excitement. She is employed by Garner Adventure, but want she wants is quite a different kind of excitement. Having lived with a sexually-frigid husband and gone through a difficult divorce, she hatches a plan to literally get her groove back with the town's playboy, Win Garner. However, despite his reputation, Win refuses to play along. He had a near-miss at almost being roped into marriage, so he is trying to avoid hopping into bed with any woman right now. Besides, Darcy works for his company.

Despite initial objections, Win and Darcy are paired up on a work project, so they are forced to spend time together. With the sudden tension between them now, it is quite a surprise that they get on together quite nicely. Win and Darcy share an undeniable chemistry. Things spiral on out of control almost immediately when Win makes a shocking announcement to their families.

Love You was a quick, fun and sizzling read. Stacy Finz weaves a delightful story with characters and situations that sizzle right off the pages. She writes exceptionally well and pens quirky characters. The humor was a surprising twist to this engaging story. I loved the ending, and even though this stands perfectly well as a standalone, I would love to read the first two books in the series. It was nice, however, to get to know other members of Win's family, so I sensed the continuity that I missed. I will also follow Ms. Finz and read her books in the future.

Many thanks to Kensington Books and to NetGalley for this ARC to review in exchange for my honest opinion.

Darcy, in hopes of awakening her "social, dating life", sneaks into Win's bed late one night. When he turns her down FLAT, Darcy is humiliated. Win Garner, the town's resident playboy will sleep with practically EVERYONE, except her. Darcy vows to erase the rejection from her memory, but finds it impossible with Win's daily reminders.

After his most recent run in with a crazy ex, Win vows to change his reckless ways. He wants to prove to his brothers that he can make important contributions to their business, that they can trust him NOT to screw up, and that he's responsible. Along with that, Win's taken a "vow" of celibacy of sorts. When Darcy sneaks into his bed, he realizes he has to turn down her offer, but it's ALL he can think about! When his brother puts them in charge of landing a new client, it's all they can do to keep things professional. But with Darcy's promotion and Win's approval from his brothers riding on this, they vow to let nothing get in the way...

I absolutely loved Win and Darcy's story! Darcy is the girl next door. She has doubts, feelings of inadequacy, and yearnings of true love. She thought she found love, but realized her ex wanted her mostly as his secretary not his wife. Win's struggle to get his brother's approval is spot on! At times I wanted to smack his brothers because they were really hard on him, not believing he could change. I highly recommend this novel as one of my favorites in the series. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

I have been a huge fan of Stacy Finz since the first Nugget book and I've enjoyed getting to know all the characters in the new Garner series. Darcy Wallace was one of my favorites. In past books, she's been the quiet worker who no one seems to really notice, but the Garner Adventure company would be lost without. She keeps everything running smoothly in the background, but always seems to fade into the background herself. Until now! She's had her sights set on Win but the timing never seemed right. She finally decides to just go for it, and her attempt at seduction doesn't quite go as planned!

I really like how Stacy shows us that sometimes, there's more than meets the eye when it comes to people. Win Garner has always been pegged as the playboy who's shallow and only thinks of himself. We find in this book, that really isn't true. While he was a playboy for a long time, Win Garner is also very generous and loyal. He's got insecurities just like everyone else.

I really enjoyed watching the relationship between Darcy and Win take shape. I loved how Darcy came out of her shell and started to take a leading role in the company and how Win was there to back her up and give her support when she needed it most.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy in exchange for an honest review. I think anyone would love this book and I highly recommend it!

Received an Advance Reader Copy in exchange for a fair review
This is a very good story in which we watch the hero grow and change; a reformed Don Juan, Win decides, all by himself, to make changes in his life. And I found Win just delightful, so charming but slightly wounded – no one takes him seriously and there are some lingering effects related to childhood issues – so handsome, kind, honest and supportive. He’s a great hero and totally unpredictable.
I found this all very compelling and loved how this new-to-me author, Stacy Finz, wrote the story and made the characters complex, fighting against stereotypes in the same way Win does. He really doesn’t fit the first impression people have of him but fighting misleading labels is hard – and that process is superbly depicted. We see the ways he learned to cope and deal with his issues and the tags he was given – playboy, reckless - making the best of it.
The romance was great, with Win slowly but steadily falling for Darcy. It’s refreshing to have a hero so sure of his feelings for the heroine and so determined to cherish and win her, in spite of her reluctance.
I'm grateful to the publisher, Kensington Books/Zebra Shout, and NetGalley for providing a free copy

This series is about the Garner brothers who own Garner Adventures in Glory Junction. Book 2 was very good , so I decided to read this one as well.
It centers around Win Garner, and Darcy Wallace. Win is the youngest of the brothers. He is the happy go lucky player of the family. No one takes him seriously and they all think he’s unreliable. Darcy has been working at Garner Adventures for a year as the receptionist. She is dependable but very shy, and still recovering from a loveless divorce.
Watching these two relate to each other, and in turn seeing one blossoming and the other one proving his capacity and dependability, was entertaining and touching.
They each brought out the best of the other. But Darcy is full of insecurities and had a difficult upbringing, and Win is not sure he is worthy of Darcy.
Aside from an engaging plot and complex characters, it also highlighted the fact that when children are put down by their parents, these insecurities and self-doubts affect them later on into adulthood.
At times you will laugh out loud, and at others, feel the heartbreak of the characters. Will they find their HEA? Read it and you’ll find out.
I was entrusted this copy by Netgalley. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

After a pregnancy scare with a former girlfriend, Win Garner is trying to change his ways and improve the image of the carefree playboy, instead focusing on work and building the family business. So when the shy, quiet Darcy propositions Win he's completely thrown for a loop.

After turning Darcy away as gently as he could, he suddenly can't get his mind to focus on anything but her - and when they're put on a project that could propel the company further, their different approaches ensure that they're at odds the entire weekend, but they manage to pull together an amazing weekend all the while growing closer.

Win and Darcy were a great couple - a true case of opposites attract, and they seemed to bring out the best in each other. After reading the other Garner brothers stories in Want You and Need You it was great to see the youngest of the siblings gain the respect of his family *and* the woman that is an absolute perfect fit for him.

If you haven't stepped into the world of Glory Junction, I highly recommend you do so right away. The stories are both funny and sweet, and I really hope we get more of the towns quirky characters in the future.

This was the best opposites attract romance I’ve read in a very long time. I mean Darcy and Win are polar opposites. The only things they have in common are where they work and where they live. But somehow Stacy makes this story work and it’s believable.

The opening scene really sets the story off and is a little misleading as to it being a sweet romance and not a hot steamy one. Darcy’s personality is like a lot of people I know, very critical of herself, shy, introverted, but has an energy that makes you wonder how she could be so quiet. Win really brings out the best in Darcy, and in turn, she brings out the best in Win.

I’m giving this a 5 of 5 because I loved it. I laughed several times and it will be on my end of year list. This is a stand alone so don’t feel you have to pick up the others in the Garner Brothers series. However the others are great and they are not just opposites attract.

Win Garner and Darcy Wallace have both been introduced in this series before. Win is the playboy of his family, the one who wines and dines women but never gets serious. In fact, he tries not to get too serious about anything. Or that's the perception; there have been glimpses of a deeper Win.
Darcy doesn't want Win to be deep. She just wants to break her dry spell. So she's fairly astonished when she crawls into his bed one night but gets rebuffed. Because her mother has been wearing on her self-confidence her whole life, she assumes that it's her. But Win is just trying to stay on the straight and narrow. He suggests they be friends but can't stop flirting.
The two are thrown together in order to help bring in a corporate account for their family business, Garner Adventures. It lets them both shine as well as spend some more time together.
This is a fast, fun, and fluffy with some toe-dips into the serious but nothing deep. Perfect reading for a summer's day.
