Two young sisters excitedly prepare to go on the train by themselves from Boston to Baltimore to visit their great aunt Lulu. It is a long trip for them and they find the journey exciting, tiring, and with lots of time to play, read, and nap. Lovely illustrations.

Really nice story for kids. It can serve to teach about African American history in the mid-20th century, and even geography.
