Nice little surprise twisty ending in this one but this second installment didn't appeal to me as much as part one... I just didn't really connect with Ciarra and Nicolaj this time.
There was way too much brand name dropping... I don't do name brands myself so I don't really care what kind of shoes she's wearing... or where she buys her underwear... or the kind of watch she has on her wrist... :)
Ciarra is a very strong and independent woman but in all honesty I didn't like how she treated the guy in the beginning who wanted to have a drink with her. He didn't deserve the mean treatment he got from her and her friend. She came across as shallow and arrogant and I just didn't like her after that.
The sex got a bit rough for my own personal liking... everybody has different tastes and that it not one of mine. This did affect my rating so bear that in mind.
Anyway... this one just missed the mark for me... I "might" continue with the series but my dislike of Ciarra might be a deal breaker. I do however, love the sexy Nicolaj... so... we'll see.

I have to admit I was worried going into the 2nd book. I will tell you I was wonderfully surprised! Ms. Avery, was able to continue the panty wetting factor in this book. What a wonderful continuation of Ciara and Nikolaj's adventures. This time Ciara is trying desperately to maintain some distance. Then IT begins. Nikolaj is determined to stay within Ciara's personal space so she has to face the feelings their time together has stirred up. He is determined to not let her go. At least not without a fight. And fight he will.
Ciara is completely floored by the flowers, but then he shows up out of the blue and she can feel her walls crumbling. What is a woman to do?
Again this is a MAJOR cliff hanger!

Was given an ARC for an honest review.
The story between Ciara and Nikolaj continues and we all know how Scarlett left "Casual Encounter" with a cliffhanger and this story leaves and even bigger cliff hanger. Must say Scarlett is very good at this and she keeps getting better and better.
Ciara is now back in New York after her amazing hot sex in Canada with the dirty talking hot passionate lover Nikolaj. Ciara has been ignoring all texts and phone calls from Nikolaj and when she goes to work first thing in the morning after her trip her office is filled with 25 bunches of flowers with a note in a box personally written by Nikolaj himself. Finally Ciara contacts Nikolaj and now knows how serious he is about her. Still Ciara is scared and needs her BFF to confide in and needs to understand that she is not going stupid about what she is feeling.
While Ciara was a away on her trip a guy by the name of Mr. Echev who is a spaniard camped outside her office waiting for her. Thinking it was kinda freaky but her assistant and another employee said that for being a man in his late fifties to early sixties wasn't so handsome and breath taking they wouldn't have allowed him to camp outside her office. Mr. Echev was desperate to meet up with Ciara that he booked a flight all the way to Barcelona, booked her in the best hotel and restaurant and spared no expense. Once Ciara arrives in Barcelona she finds out that Mr Echev is actually a doctor and is the team surgeon for the Barcelona Soccer/Football team. Dr. Echev has to fly out to do an emergency operation on a player and allows Ciara a day of sightseeing around the beautiful city until he gets back.
Nikolaj surprises Ciara in Barcelona and is going to spend four days with her. Ciara has had some amazing lovers and sex in the past but never has a guy flown across the world and put a hold on his business trip to spend the time with her. Will Ciara let her feelings come to the surface and start letting admitting to herself that Nikolaj is not going anywhere as he is not afraid to admit how he feels.
Ciara finally gets to having the meeting with Dr. Echev and he kinda looks familiar but understands how her employees couldn't turn him away as he is breaktakely beautiful. Ciara can't work out how she may know him but Dr. Echev reveals that they met when she was 16 when her and her mother came to Barcelona. Dr. Echev reveals something to Ciara that has her storming out of his office. Which leads to the cliffhanger...
The relationship between Ciara and Nikolaj continues to become stronger but still face a lot more battles. Especially now what Dr. Echev has revealed.
The story is still going strong but what really annoyed me with this story is that Ciara is a beautiful person but was very vain about what she puts on. I know she likes her high end fashion but did we really need to know that everything she puts on is from high end designers. From the underwear, clothes, shoes, bags and even to the make up. It would be nice that everything she puts on we don't need to know the designer. Hope in the rest of the series that Scarlett writes less of that and more of the emotional side of Ciara as materialistic things don't buy happiness and that deep down is what Ciara is chasing. You come into the world with nothing and go out into the world with nothing. Maybe too much emphasis on the brand names of what Ciara chooses to wear.
Overall can't wait to see what happens next with Ciara!!!

This is book 2 and you must read book 1 first. This book stars right where book 1 ends. I liked this book for different reasons that for book 1. I enjoyed reading how Nikolaj is trying to show Ciara that is was more than just sex for him and that he truly likes her. He is trying to get her to face how she feels about him and admit it to him. Ciara has gone back to New York and has been ignoring Nikolaj’s calls and texts. He isn’t going to let that stop him though. Ciara can’t believe that Nikolaj has managed to get under her skin in just a few days. She can’t stop thinking about him. Nikolaj starts sending her flowers with little personal notes and she gives in and begins to speak with him again. She has a client who wants her to go to Barcelona to meet with him. Nikolaj wants her to come meet him in the Far East. She can’t pass up the chance to expand her business so she agrees to meet with the client. She gets a surprise when she gets to Barcelona though. Her meeting has been pushed back a day. Then the next morning Nikolaj shows up. She is speechless. No man has ever dropped everything to be with her. She finds herself wanting to be with him and slowly admitting it to him a little bit at a time. Nikolaj is just different from the men she normally meets. She is scared about getting hurt but she is beginning to take a chance on Nikolaj. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. It has totally sucked me in. The characters are fantastic. Nikolaj is great he knows when to push Ciara and when to wait patiently. He is showing her how he feels and that seems to work for her better than anything he says. He is romantic, dominate, and hot. Scarlett Avery is being one of my new favorite authors. I am glad I have the whole series and can read them back to back.

An Awesome Read!
I really enjoyed reading The Seduction Factor: Billionaire Erotica Romance, all about Ciara Herrare a lighting designer & Nikolaj Von Henningsen a Billionaire Gaming Mogal. They met in Toronto where she was meeting with a designer who owns Boutique style hotels, she was having a drink at the bar at the Four Seasons, when Nikolaj introduced himself. They spent literally two days together, he flew to Tokyo for a fourteen day business trip and she flew back to NYC, where she hasn't been able to get her mind off of him. He can't get her off his mind either & sends her beautiful flowers to fill her enter office, so she won't forget him and is constantly texting & setting her over the phone, she loves it! The author wrote a very amazing and erotic story, and the characters make said story cone to life. In book two not only is Nikolaj on her mind, but she is flying to Barcelona to meet with an older gentleman named James Echev. She normally does research so she prepared ahead of time, but she's unable to find any info out about him. When she gets to Barcelona she finds out James is a sports doctor, and he can't see her right away! But she does get a surprise, Nikolaj hasn't seen her in two weeks and he flys all night to surprise her for four days. Read this book series which will make you laugh, cry, sigh, shake your head and cum up a storm. This series is so hot and steamy you won't be able to put it down! I can't wait to read book three, four & five. Give it a shot because Ciara & Nikolaj are hot!!!

Once again, I have to say, this book is a HOT read! The author has a way to pull you in and not let go!! Don't miss out on this series, I'm on book two and can't stop!
While Ciara can't get Nikolaj out of her mind, she attempts to keep herself busy with work. But that isn't easy since he is sending her beautiful flower arrangements and texting her constantly. She finally agrees to speak to him on the phone. She can't stop her feelings for this guy. He is so sexy and turns her on with his dirty talk.
When Ciara gets an offer to go to Barcelona to meet with a potential client, she takes it. Although she can't find any information on this guy, she is intrigued and willing to take the trip. She tells Nikolaj where she will be staying and for how long when her questions. Nikolaj surprises her by having breakfast delivered the next morning, along with himself. She is so taken back with this man.
The two spend the day touring the city and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. But what happens back in the hotel causes sparks to fly. Can Ciara open herself up to possibly more then just sex with Nikolaj? Is she willing to take a chance again? Will the client she is about to meet and the information he shares with her be more then she can take? Can't wait to see what happens in book three!!

Ciara has returned to New York and she is trying hard to forget about the hot sexual encounter she had with Nicolaj in Toronto by immersing herself in her work. However, she can't get his blue eyes, sexy British accent and sexy dirty talk out of her head....oh yes and the illicit sexual encounter that rocked her world like no other man has. The drop dead gorgeous billionaire Nicolaj can't get the sexy seductress Ciara out of his mind. He has never thought about a women the way he does Ciara she just won't leave his thoughts. They both turn to their best friends for advice. While in Toronto a older, hot, and wealthy Spaniard named Mr. Echev comes to Ciara's office wanting to meet with her about doing some work for him in Spain. Mr. Echev flies Ciara to Spain for an all expense paid business trip. Nicolaj takes his best friends advice and flies from Japan to Spain to surprise Ciara and they find themselves spending more time together and building a relationship that scares Ciara. Nicolaj is also their for Ciara when Mr. Echev drops a life changing bomb on her. Book two is just as sexy as book one but is a great build on the series. I really enjoyed the book and if you like hot, steamy and sexy reads you will enjoy it too. Can't wait to get a hold of book three.

She wanted to stay true to her rule of no strings attached but he was making it too hard for her to follow up. Like always her world as she knew it will be disrupted and the only one that would be able to help her will be Nikolaj.
Nikolaj was not ready to let Ciara go and he made it his personal mission to make sure she wouldn't forget him. Not only was he breaking all his rules, he was falling for her and fast. Having his own personal issues with his older brother he was not going to that steered free from her.
Can Ciara let her walls down and let Nikolaj into her heart? At what price will she paid for her feeling for him?

The story picks right up with Ciara back home in NYC. She had a fabulous weekend with Nikolaj and now can’t get him out of her mind. This is unchartered territory for her. She doesn’t allow herself to lust after men like this. Fortunately, he feels the same and comes after her. I love the blistering hot rough sex. I can’t even get enough of it. Man, Nikolaj knows how to make a girl blush with his dirty talk. Sadly, I can’t say the same for the rest of the dialogue. Most of the conversations felt forced with more brand dropping and less descriptions. There is a bar scene where we get to really meet her best friend Harley, which helps us get a better idea of what makes Ciara tick.. Unfortunately, it doesn’t paint a very pretty picture of Ciara when she turns into a mean girl. Thankfully, the story picks back up when Ciara travels to Spain for some mysterious client and a cliffhanger.

Seduction Factor book 2
I enjoyed book 2. I had a feeling Nikolaj would show up in Barcelona. His reaction to her removal of her panties in the restaurant was a bit of a surprise. Knew there had to be a bit a Dom in there though. The shock was learning the doctor was her father.
I added this paragraph because the last 4 lines don't appear to fit. "When Nikolaj saw me arrive in the lobby, his jaw dropped and he took a step back. I knew instantly I had him where I wanted him. He had been looking at me since he opened the door to let me into the back of the chauffeured Benz. He was almost shy during the ride to the restaurant, but the occasional glances and cocky smile suggested I had seduced him with my look. Now we’re sitting at al table in the restaurant together gazing in each other’s eyes. (What it's actually quite scary to use anything he all the reasons never nice seeing Rachel and she's all like bubbly she has a list and she does make money and you think he still a doctor platforms it probably bring in money like membership things the hall by major you what the thing only by one done the case and)."

This one is hotter and sexier than part 1!!
Ciara returns home to New York and is welcomed to an office filled with flowers from Nikolaj. There is no denying they have effected one another but she still reserved enough that she doesn't want to let a man in. Though Nikolaj is about to change all that.
After a night out with her best friend Harley, the bar scene between then is hilarious, and after a ton of designer name dropping (which I found rather annoying and boring)- she heads off to Spain to meet with her newest client - Mr. Echev.
Nikolaj surprises Ciara in Barcelona by arriving at her hotel and announcing that he is going to spend the four days with her. Cue some pretty steamy sex scenes and some rough dominant action from Nikolaj - it wont be to everyone's taste I might add.
The sex is certainly upped a notch in this book and I can only imagine it will get hotter as the series goes on.
When Ciara eventually meets with the elusive Mr Echev all is not as it seems when he drops a bombshell on her - that I never saw coming!
How will she react to the news??

This is the second book in the Seduction Factor series about Ciara Herrera. It picks up exactly where book 1 left off. Ciara is having a hard time getting the sexy Nikolaj out her mind after their amazing weekend together. “Get over it. It was simply another weekend of debauchery with a sexy guy you don’t have to see ever again.” And he is making it very hard for her to forget him.
We get to meet one of her friends, Harley, and the bar scene is hilarious! We also get to see Ciara travel to Spain to meet with another client. Nikolaj continues to pursue Ciara and he is getting closer each time. When they are together, the sparks fly. He is a fantastic dirty-talker. “Why don’t I start by getting you to sit on top of my face so I can lick your clit until you come all over my face,” he whispers in my ear.
This story was HOT, sexy, and full of some twists I didn’t expect. I can’t wait for the next installment!! (4 stars)

Wow. Some hotness up in this book. I loved it. I enjoyed reading the book. The author just has a way with her writing to get you hooked inside the book. This is continued from book one and it just keeps getting better and better. The chemistry between the two is hot and leaves your panties wet.
Ciara returns to New York and thinks she can move on with her life without having to worry or think about Nikolaj but she was mistaken. She doesn't except Nikolaj to do the things he does and show up where she is at.
Nikolaj can't get Ciara out of his mind and he decides that he will tell her everyday when he gets a chance. Nikolaj proves to her that he thinks about her and when he shows up to where she is at: that is only the beginning.

OOOOOOOOO we are getting into some drama and excitement.
Ciara took off on Nikolaj and he is not giving up. He is relentless wanting to win her over. His gifts and personalized notes are one of a kind. He knows how to talk a good game. Harley is trying to help C figure out what to do and the two of them out and about is super fun and makes me totally miss girls night out !! In the midst of C trying to find reason to avoid N she has to go deal with a new account over in Barcelona. N is in Japan and she is in Spain , they are so far apart yet so drawn to each other. N swoops in just in the nick of time. The revelations that this new business venture brings to the table are mind boggling and devastating to C. Not everyone is who they seem to be and we are left with a C that we are not very use to seeing. I had all the books at once so although it is kind of a cliffy all the books are out now so you can hurry up and jump right into part 3 !!

Playful, glamorous and sexy! Ciara is fighting to keep her carefree attitude about mean as Nikolaj pursues her with flowers anf vigorous romantic gestures. Damn we need more stars! From one knife edge to another...this series is so hot it's steaming! But how can I be left like this....it like having a power cut just as the film getting good! Such a brilliant story line, and the passion whoa..it rolls off the pages. I have a picture of this story in my head, I plan out cause of course I know what's going to happen, and then yes it starts then bang she throws in that twist! It came out of nowhere, where does she think the story line up from cause I'm telling you it's genius.....and book three.....I'm not sleeping till its out cause my heads gonna be planning out what happens knowing full well Scarlett Avery has something else up her sleeve, this woman can write a good book!

This is Book 2 of the Seduction Factor series and if Ciara was the bomb in book 1, well, Nikolaj is the dynamite! I didn’t think this could get any hotter, but dammit, the second book is way way hotter than before.

This is the second story in this amazing series. We pick up where we left off, these two people are trying to figure out what they want and need from each other and how it is going to happen with their lives and schedules.
Let's be honest, making a relationship work while two people have a highly demanding job that causes you to travel around the world at times, makes it hard. Even more so when you are real new into the relationship, can't stop thinking about the other person, and running from your past.
This second installment really shows who Nikolaj really is inside; a romantic, caring man who has no problem spending money and spoiling those he cares about.(where can I get me one like him???) This is the book that hooked me into the story of these two people.
