I think that Heidi learned a lesson because she had cast a spell to make her brother tell the truth because he was spying and she wanted to know who he was spying on and what he thought about it. Heidi's friends don't know that she's a witch. Her brother Henry tells her friends that she cast a spell on him and then her friends learned she was a witch. Good thing Heidi's friends thought Henry was lying.

#23 in the series
Heidi's little brother Henry spies on her and tells secrets. She casts a truth spell and he tells her friends she is a witch with a Book of Spells. Fortunately, they don't believe him. They're called into the principal's office and further hints come that he might be a witch too.
Fun moments throughout and a lesson on not spying and paying attention to each other.

Heidi’s brother has started spying on Heidi and her friends. And then he LIES about it! So Heidi decides a truth spell is just what the doctor ordered. Only, the spell seems to be having some unanticipated effects.

"I liked Heidi Hecklebeck and Snoopy Spy. Even if the Snoopy Spy told her friends the secret they all still got along at the end." - Cadee age 9
