This reader's guide is a nice companion to "A Seat at the Table" and a nice refresher if you read the book a while back. It is organized nicely to provide both a good summary of points in each chapter and to poses good discussion questions. It certainly would be a good complement to the book itself for a team reading group, but well worth it just on its own as a way to remind yourself of the ideas in the original book without investing the time to re-read the full book.

A concise version of the book. Recommended to get a perspective about how to get out of the execution spiral into the strategic side of technology.
