Noelle handwrote her first romance novel in a spiral-bound notebook when she was twelve, and she hasn't stopped writing since. She has lived in eight different states and currently resides in Virginia, where she teaches English, reads any book she can get her hands on, and offers tribute to a very spoiled cocker spaniel.

She loves travel, art, history, and ice cream. After spending far too many years of her life in graduate school, she has decided to reorient her priorities and focus on writing contemporary romances.

Modern day sweet royal romance boxset - perfect if you enjoy fairly quick, short reads!

To sum up all books, rather than keep repeating, these are three, well written, short but full length books that can be all read as standalone books (I would say read them in order to avoid potential spoilers from pervious books if you are going to read the whole series), with no cliffhangers and happily ever afters (HEA). All books are written in single point of view from the three Princess sisters, with plenty of sweet and steamy scenes and some surprising twists and turns that will completely draws you in as a reader. I’ve rated each story below out of the normal five stars.

Definitely recommend you give this boxset a try if you enjoy a modern day sweet royal romance!

A Princess Next Door - 4.5☆ - A sweet modern day royal novella about a European princess and her sexy slightly older neighbour!

A Princess Next Door is a sweet modern day royal novella about a European princess trying to live a normal how she wants and her sexy slightly older neighbour who tries to help her be true to herself, despite her secret identity. It was short, detailed and concise, perfect for this opposites attracts novella with two very likeable characters.

Jack and Amalie have a sweet neighbour friendship but it’s clear they have a great chemistry from the start that only develops as the book evolves and they spend more time growing closer to each other. The pace of the relationship is steady but works well in building the characters up, something that works really well given the foundation of their initial neighbour-friendship. The steam and sexual content in this book is explicit but doesn’t overtake the whole book, rather adds to the chemistry between the two characters.

A Princess Next Door is well written with a good flow. One thing I loved with this book is where you expected it to go a typical route with the whole secret identity, Noelle wrote it with a twist, showing great maturity of both characters, especially Jack. There is a HEA allowing for this to be read as a standalone but clearly sets up the next book in the series for another couple.

A Princess for a Bride - 4☆ - An arranged royal marriage romance that turns into something real

A Princess for a Bride is an arranged royal marriage romance that turns into something real. The book is pretty short, easily read in one sitting, well written, and has an epilogue to round off the story nicely to make it a standalone read.

Having read the previous book, I was intrigued to read this book but didn’t expect to like Edward as much as I did. He was a mysterious character and being told solely from Victoria’s point of view does limit how much we fully understand him. Victoria on the other hand is a woman who is trying to do the right thing by her family but is worried about grabbing what she wants without hurting her arrangement. Victoria and Edward are both likeable characters with a chemistry and attraction between them but it is a slightly slow burning relationship despite things heating up. I personally liked how their relationship and individual characters developed at a slow pace given their circumstances and history.

A Princess for a Bride is a good modern day royal novella about a European princess. It was short, detailed, and concise with two very likeable characters who may be more similar than they realise. There isn’t huge amounts of development between the characters given the way the plot evolves but the way the relationship develops does help with this, especially towards the end. I’ll be honest and say this wasn’t my favourite Noelle Adams book but if you like a royal / arranged romance, you will definitely like it.

If you are looking for a sweet and sexy quick royal romance read, definitely consider this book.

A Princess in Waiting - 4☆ - Contemporary royal romance mixed with friends to lovers and a bit of off limits

A Princess in Waiting is the third book in this series, this time taking on the theme of friends to lovers between a princess and her best friend who she has grown up with who, along with his father, works for her family.

Told solely from Lisette’s point of view, there is an incredible chemistry between her and Alex despite Lisette being the reserved, quiet and innocent sister who wants to please her family. As a result, despite being best friends, because Alex works for her family she figures him off limits and instead tasks him in helping her find love with someone more acceptable in terms of social circles. However, Lisette soon finds out that chemistry can’t be taught.

A Princess in Waiting moves at a fast pace but it works given the set up of the book. There is just enough heat and twists and turns to watch as the plot evolves making this a nice contemporary royal romance read for those who enjoy a royal romance.

5 stars!! I adore these three novellas and read them each separately, but they make a great boxed set! Noelle Adams is one of the few authors I have found who writes novellas that still feel like a full story. And what's even better is that it never feels like there is wasted space--the plot never drags and there is no unnecessarily "filler" scenes. Instead, we get right into the story and it moves at the perfect pace!

A Princess Next Door is thoroughly enjoyable, and Amelia and Jack are a fantastic couple. Jack is open about his attraction to her from the beginning, which is so refreshing. I also loved that he never tries to push his own feelings or agenda on anyone else, which is so important for Amelia since she is always struggling with family pressure and expectations. The plot felt unique and fresh, and the pacing of the story was great. It never dragged, and I had trouble putting the book down because I always wanted to see what came next. The secondary characters didn't overshadow the main couple, but this does a great job of setting up the next story!

A Princess for a Bride is Victoria and Edward's story, and it was everything I was hoping for! Victoria is a refreshing character--she is friendly, optimistic, and looking to make the best of every situation. The story is told from her point of view and while I don't always like the first person narrative, it really makes this story what it is because the reader is just as confused about Edward as she is. Edward is an introvert and tends to come off as aloof. I really liked seeing him finally begin to open to Victoria despite how difficult it was for him. He was such a sweet and caring man and it was great to learn more about it as the story went on. It was lovely to see their relationship blossom and grow into something more. The epilogue was just perfect and really made the entire book for me. Honestly, this one just may be my favorite, and the characters really stuck with me after I finished reading.

A Princess in Waiting is Lisette and Alex's story, which is an adorable friends to lovers story. Lisette is the quiet sister, and other than her sisters, she feels that Alex is the only person who really understands her. Alex is a great hero--loyal, smart, and understanding...but never believing that he would be worthy of a princess. The characters are so engaging that you can't help but love them. I also loved checking in with the other sisters and hearing how their lives are going! I will admit that I was hoping for a bit more from the epilogue. It did do a good job of setting up Henry's story (at least that's what I'm assuming is next, and I can't wait!!) but I was hoping for a little bit more of Lisette and Alex. Hopefully we will see more of them and all of the other couples in book 4!

Okay, writing was somewhat stilted. Stories okay. Predictable.
