Akasha-arkivet: Få adgang til universets uendelige kraft, visdom og energi

Rate this book

I had first heard about the Akashic Field or Akashic Records when I read the book Science and the Akashic Field by Ervin Laszlo many years ago. At this time I had also read The Field by Lynne McTaggart, a book that explored this topic as well. I was on a spiritual quest, and had learned about these books during a meditation retreat. The Akashic Field is a vast field in the Universe that holds all the information that ever is, was or will be. The information that lies within it is "the records." Some say the Akashic Field is the quantum physics version of God, the secular way to explain the Universe and how it operates. You could say it's the life force, or "the force," as we refer to it in popular culture. But it's more than just a force, or a higher power, it's a storehouse of information and data!

Sandra Anne Taylor does a wonderful job explaining it and how each and every person can access it for guidance on their own path. The meditations offered to access these records are helpful and transformative! For anyone interested in this topic, this is a wonderful primer and guide. I love Hay House, and I feel their books are always well written and realized with a greater purpose to humanity. Sometimes the writing is a bit redundant, and the book could still use a good edit, so I gave it four stars instead of five. But all in all, a good read on the topic and recommended!

This book is an excellent primer for practical Akashic studies. Well organized into four parts, it includes brief, bullet-point summaries of each chapter and twenty easy-to-follow, step-by-step exercises.

The first exercise, called "Heart-centered meditation", is a simple yet powerful grounding method for any practice, both spiritual and non-spiritual. Symptoms of anxiety and depression can quickly and easily be alleviated with this exercise. The exercises that follow allow for deeper connection with the Akashic realm and can provide more specific, surprisingly potent insights.

Highly recommended for anyone; from the curious to the novice and even to those who might consider themselves adepts. This book helps make the Akashic realm accessible to everyone.

A fascinating and clearly written intro to the Akashic Records. I appreciated the repetition and examples throughout, as the concept of Akashic Records can be difficult to process.

I wish there were a website where we could access recorded versions of the exercises, instead of having to record them ourselves. There are so many!

Since learning even more about spirituality I came across the term Akashic Records a few times, so I wanted to know what it is. Very interesting.
I really like the Hay House Basics.
