Difficult reading in this day and age but I found it fascinating to see things from the perspective of Jesuit missionaries to Canada in that time. Note: Being written so long ago, the language is not politically correct by today’s standards.

O.K., I haven't read all of it. It's in three languages! Lots of first hand accounts about the early colonial period and indigenous people that you can not find anywhere else.
