Here is a Top 10 list from Ann about her likes, dislikes, and oddities:
1. I despise whipped cream. There, I admitted it in writing. Let the ridiculing begin. 2. Even though I have lived as far south as Key Largo, Florida and as far north as Maine, I landed in the middle. 3. If I don't make a conscious effort not to, I will drink nothing but tea morning, noon and night. Hot tea, sweet tea, green tea––I love it all. 4. There doesn't seem to be much in life that is better than coming home to a couple of big dogs who are overjoyed to see me. My other family members usually show significantly less enthusiasm about my return. 5. Singing in my bestest, loudest voice does not make my family put on their happy faces. This includes the big, loving dogs referenced above. 6. Yes, I am aware that bestest is not a word. 7. Dorothy was right. There's no place like home. 8. All of the numerous bottles in my shower must be lined up with their labels facing out. It makes me feel a little like Julia Roberts' mean husband from the movie 'Sleeping with the Enemy,' but I can't seem to control this particular quirk. 9. I love, love, love finding a great bargain. 10. Did I mention that I hate whipped cream? It makes my stomach churn to look at it, touch it, smell it, or even think about it. Great––now I'm thinking about it. Ick!

I read these books one after the other because I enjoyed them so much I could not wait to read more. Usually I try to read one, then leave a review on it before starting the next. Not this time. I was just too caught up in the characters. It begins as a girl meets and falls “insta love” with Seth an identical twin (only she doesn’t know he is a twin). Mistaken identity, she has real attraction, connection to his brother Sam. When she thinks Seth walked away, she sleeps with Sam. Along comes Baby, but whose? Both want her, she want Sam but he is a player and does not want mess up brothers. It’s a fun, interesting and entertaining read. Along the way, the twins sister meets her mate, the rejected twin gets his true mate, friends find other mates, a dear friend who had a traumatic childhood finds closure and happiness. This is a great story, filled with love, excitement, family, friends, wonderful characters and it’s funny. All this in three books boxed in one set. Highly recommend.
OkI have to say this 3 book series was ok. It started with Taken Changes and Abigail Brown 28year old divorced young lady that has never had a sexual organisms from her ex-husband Larry. They were together for 2yrs and he never gave her an organism, nor her he made It a point to try to. He just claim that she was broken and that something was wrong with her and they end up getting a divorce when Abigail found Larry letting their real estate person Trudy given him a blowjob. Abigail needed a change after that happened she moved to Harbor Shores, Michigan in her parents vacation home and they left her a sizable inheritance. She really didn’t have to work but she got job working at a clothing and nick nack shop called Eck, Meck & Dreck. The owner Annie which is like a mother to Abigail is now one of her best friend and boss. But the most important person in Abigail’s life is Courtney.
She meet Courtney one day when she was in the park and she was still a little raw from her divorce and the death of her parents. Courtney was homeless at the time and Abigail was very generous that she invited Courtney to come and live with her. Now Courtney has gotten her life together and they was the best of friends and Courtney’s like a sister she never had. They both was always giving each other a pep talk and reminding each other that they are worthy of good Fortunes. That’s when Abby meet Seth Davis in the park when she was walking Courtney’s dog buster and he was walking his dog Buddy.
Seth and Abigail began to date after that meeting. Before long they made love and Abigail had her first organism she was so shocked that it happen and told Seth about her ex and how she had never had that with him and she always thought that it was something wrong with her lady parts. Seth reassure her that there was nothing wrong with her. They had been seeing each other for about 2 weeks when Seth invited Abby to a black tie event that he told her that his whole family was going to be there. But what Seth didn’t tell Abby was that he had a twin brother Sam. Which Abby mistaken as Seth and almost had sex with him in the restroom of the event. The only reason they stopped is Abigail called Sam Seth. And Sam realized she thought he was Seth. They both were humiliated but Abigail was more humiliated than Sam. This book ended with Abigail telling Seth that she loved him and him running away without acknowledging to her that he felt the same. He didn’t contact Abby for over a week. Abby end up confiding in Sam and they ended up sleeping together. Abby knew from the meeting of him at the formal that she had feeling for Sam that she didn’t have for Seth. She didn’t know what it was but it was more stronger than it was with Seth.
The second book Making Choices started with Abigail making a choice between Seth and Sam. Because she found out she was pregnant and because they were identical twins she didn’t know which twin was the father. So Abigail took some time to herself to figure out who she was going to end up with. Needless to say the twins parents didn’t think highly of Abby. Janice and Sutton were the twins parents and they had a sister Jessie. Which Jessie had a daughter name Katie that her parents loved. But long story short Abby ended up with Sam and Seth given them his blessing and as long as he was not being out of the baby’s life he just wanted Abigail to be happy and his brother too. But it didn’t do much for Seth’s ego or his emotions. But he dealt with it. He still was around Abby and Courtney as a tag alone to their girls night that they had at Joe’s restaurant. Joe’s. Bar and grill was where Courtney worked as as waitress, plus what ever Joe needed her to do. She also helped Joe with his books for the restaurant.
I’ll let you finish reading about the rest of the book but you’ll be surprise by some of the events that happen in this book that leads to the third book. Faking Changes. Let’s just say you will enjoy the rest of the books end the end everyone are happy and it will touch you and make you sad, cry, and some a little funny so read these books they will not let you down. It’s very convenient cause they are all in one big book. 🤗🤗🤗
Love involving identical twins can be complicated and bumpy!
TAKING CHANCES and MAKING CHOICES are the first two books in The Davis Twins Series, and they were absolutely wonderful... a love triangle about as complicated as it gets, involving Abbey and both Davis twins. I couldn't put it down, wondering how in the world things could ever work out for all parties involved. I found myself vacillating about whom to root for. No spoilers here, so you'll just have to read this for yourself to find out. Both are a five-star read for me!
FAKING CHANGES is book 3 in The Davis Twins Series and while it's pretty good, it just didn't compare with the intensity and unpredictability of the first two books. It's a continuation of the first two books with the same great cast of characters and is told from the POV of Abbey's BFF, Courtney. Although I pretty much knew where this was headed from the start, it's a nice ending for this generation of the Davis family. 3 stars for this one.
One thing I would have liked would be having this told from multiple POVs. It would have been more interesting to know exactly what Seth and Sam were thinking and feeling. Just my preference.
The Davis Twins Series Boxed Set #1-3 was a great read by Ann Omasta. This set consists of; Taking Chances, Making Choices, and Faking Changes. Taking Chances (The Davis Twins #1) was a great read by Ann Omasta. Seth Davis is sweet and charming. Sam Davis is a sexy bad boy. Abigail Brown is a 28 year old divorcee who has never been satisfied. She meets Seth and he seems like the perfect man for her. Just when she thinks she has found what she's wanted, she meets Seth, Sam's twin. Making Choices (The Davis Twins #2) was a great read by Ann Omasta. Abby is faces with the impossible decision of choosing which twin she is in love with. Abby knows she has made a mess of her life and doesn't want to get in between the brothers. Faking Changes (The Davis Twins #3) was a great read by Ann Omasta. Courtney has managed to rise above her childhood of abuse and hardship. She can't escape the inferiority complex that lurks in the shadows of her mind. It makes her feel like an imposter who doesn't belong and isn't worthy of true love. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.
A few years ago I read the first book which had a cliffhanger ending. The main female character was extremely immature. She meets Seth and they have sex. She mistakes twin Sam for Seth and they almost have sex in a public bathroom. Oops. She tells Seth she loves him and he doesn't respond or call for a week. She decides that means they've broken up without communicating with Seth. She tells Sam they can't have sex because of Seth, but shortly they do. Now she's pregnant, but (surprise) she has no clue which twin is the father. It was foolish then and still is. This series is long-winded. It took Courtney two long chapters to reveal her "crime" in book three. This could have been a single book has it been more carefully written. I despise the idea some authors have of stringing readers along to boost sales. Too many great books to waste on such drivel.
ONE ENTICING COLLECTION!!! OMG! Man, talk about being blown away. A whirlwind of surprising events and mishaps catapults all the spinning emotions blazing to life perfectly. This is one total knock out, throw down, hit the steel wall and lights out exciting type. Buckle up baby, you're in for the long haul. You might want to grab a comfy seat. You won't be parting with this baby until the last word. In fact you may not want to part with it then. All the twists and turns, ups and downs along with a few glitches and bruises catapults this baby forward bursting to life beautifully. The characters are authentic, approachable and realistic with depth and personalities that blend and flow smoothly. The scenes are vividly detailed and descriptive it paints a fantastic backdrop that really makes the storyline pop. Remarkable job Ann, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.
#1 Taking Chances One very complicated and sexually charged tale of a love triangle, with one woman, two males, who are twins. You need to read the story, to see how difficult life could be.
#2 Making Choices
Okay, two possible fathers, both identical, so no chance at DNA elimination, one sweet kind caring and tender. The other darker, more dangerous, more sensuous. How do you choose??
#3 Faking Changes
We finally get to hear Courtney's story, and also see what lies ahead for the Davis' clan. Although parts of this tale are stressful, it should be understood that abuse, such as shown through this story, does occur, and sometimes the child isn't believed, when they attempt to enlist aid by a grown up.
I absolutely loved this book set ! Who wouldn't love twin gorgeous brothers but the beautiful women who became their one true loves ! WoW 🔥 gorgeous twins ! Did I say I loved these books? Well I did and I promise you will too ! How could someone not love the way these two find the lives of their lives . First Sam finds his beautiful Abby well actually Seth found her first but all's well that ends well right ? Their trip toward true love has a few bumps and twists in it . Then Seth finds his true love in Courtney with just as many bumps and twists but not in the same way lol 😋 ! But believe me it's worth the trip to read this top of the line story of True Love Story !
4 1/2 stars! I liked this three book series. I am glad that I read it all together because the first book ends on a big cliffhanger. I normally do not like to read love triangles and I was worried going in that I wasn't going to like it, but it was done well! I liked all the characters and liked their closeness. The only thing I didn't like was some of their inner thoughts were very repetitive. I would recommend!
Great characters and world building. A few editing errors like missing words and extra words. The books could be shorter if the author removes the constant reminding of internal self doubt. Book 1 could be three chapters shorter same with book 2, book 3 you could cut out 75% of the book. It just became so annoying that I started skimming past it. So much useless filler.
This set is steamy! You really should read these in order as they follow along with the twins and Abby and all of their dilemmas. It's a really good read but could have been done in one book. That being said, it was still worth reading. Just glad I had the set and not the individual books. LOL!! Hot, sexy, wealthy identical twins...what's not to love! I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
Normally I enjoy reading paranormal stories, but decided to try something different. I brought the boxed set after reading book 1, this series was so believable, it could have truly happened to a set of twins. I enjoyed the twists in the books, and how everything came together, I would recommend this set to a friend
Wow what an amazing series I loved everything about it. I loved the friendship that they all had plus the hot chemistry. Ann has outdone herself with this series. I don't want to say to much because it will spoil it for other who would love this series. I definitely recommend this series to everyone as it is well written and you feel part of the stories.
Loved the storyline of Abby and Sam, but had a hard time being convinced of Seth's feels for Courtney. Definitely some feel good moments, moments you laughed out loud or felt their personal pain (Courtney), but other times if felt cheesy or forced (all the group hugs).

Ok this was a crazy series but a good one! Twin brothers completely different both vying for the attention of one woman but all is not lost as obstacles and doing the right thing become centre stage! Everyone had a happy ending
A wonderfully well written love story, full of surprises, twists and turn, angst, lust, love, chemistry and some really hard life changing choices and the fallout. There are multiple stories in this set that are all must reads!
These 3 books were ok. The first two were San and Abby which carries some into the third. I did like the third book better of Courtney and Seth. You can't read only the first book and I wasn't really a fan of Sam.
The Davis brothers are charming and delightfully real, and they find their real women in Courtney and Abby. Real life situations that come with real life love.
