My 6 month old refused to settle on her own and we were desperate. Just reading this book gave me the confidence to trust my instincts and ignore the rubbish I was receiving from friends and strangers alike. It took time but we got there and I would recommend to any parent desperate to get a little sanity back into their lives ;-)

Pretty basic, information repeated throughout the chapters (useful if you skip through). The charts in the back of each chapter less useful than an app.
