I'm not a real estate investor (yet) and this is my first book I've read on the topic so my rating may not be the most reliable. In any case, I absolutely love this book. It's thorough in the details while still retaining some life and humor in the pages. I've ordered my next few books from bigger pockets on rental property and fix and flips. This book has given me confidence that I'm capable and that's just a matter of doing it. This may be the beginning of a long successful career.
I bought this book because my market has become very competitive and I was struggling to find deals consistently, so I was more interested in the "finding deals" portion. This book is full of in-depth, actionable methods for finding real estate investment leads. This is just another example of the quality material BiggerPockets.com publishes.
Fantastic book! I really love how Young went through the deal finding process step by step. From the day I picked this book up to the day I read the last page I learned something. I started putting the things I learned into practice from the beginning - there are so many actionable ideas. I can’t wait to read it again in a year or two to learn something new from it!
