While the author tries to be helpful, clever, and funny, she comes across as simplistic and. . . well, crazy. The few good, helpful kitty suggestions are buried in inane ideas (leaving your cats messages on answering machines so they don't get lonely) and illogical treatments for real or imagine kitty problems. As soon as I hit the section titled "Kitty Karma" I knew I was in trouble.

Very informative but some of it just gave me anxiety & some of it was just unrealistic for the every day person

I have 4 cats and I really do love my cats but come on! Some of this stuff was just silly. Maybe if you have one extremely spoiled cat otherwise it was good for a laugh! And I'm sure my cats would like me to follow all of this esp. my 13 year old.

Many times reread. Not just useful, but light and lovingly silly.
