मुळात अर्थशास्त्र तसा क्लिष्ट विषय. सामान्य वाचक कधी त्याकडे फिरकत नाही. इंग्लिश आणि मराठी वर्तमानपत्रातील अवघड अर्थशास्त्रीय संज्ञा देखील समजायला बराच वेळ जातो. त्यामुळेच वाचक अर्थशास्त्रीय लेख वाचयाचे टाळतात. 'अर्थात' नक्कीच येथे उपयोगी पडते. अच्युत गोडबोले यांनी अतिशय सरळ सध्या मराठीत हे पुस्तक लिहिले असून कठीण अर्थशास्त्रातील संज्ञा मराठीत समजून सांगितल्या आहेत. अर्थशास्त्र मराठीतून समजून घेण्यासाठी हे पुस्तक जरूर वाचावे.

Very thoughtfully written. Someone who doesn’t have commerce background can understand economical terms quite easily. Simple language and easy flow. Good to know about economics and world changers. Last chapter about India is impressive that highlights and questions many things.
Looking at all the books by Achyut Godbole, it’s only astonishing to see how one person can have thorough understanding and knowledge about so many things and can put in the form of books so effectively. It’s stunning.
