A perfect book if you are teaching alliteration (words that start with the same sound). There's lots of fun sea creatures for your children to name or for you to point out to your children.

** Talking Points - Which is your favorite sea creature in this book? If you could design the ocean, what animals would you include in it? Tell about some times when you've been to visit the ocean.

** Essential Oil Pairing Tip: Try this Ocean Breeze Diffuser Blend - 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Cedarwood, 2 drops Wild Orange, 1 drop Rosemary

Won from a Goodreads giveaway

A cute introduction to the creatures of the ocean for little ones. The colorful illustrations are eye-catching, and the font easy to read. While it's a great stand alone book, I loved that you can also choose to download the song version of "Ocean Motions"(for free) and follow along in your book. Considering my two year old niece's interest in both music & books currently, I think this one will be a winner in her opinion too!

Thank you goodreads for sending me a copy of this nicely illustrated boardbook. There are attractive, colorful pictures of water "beings" on the pages with one sentence descriptions. The descriptions are generally rhyming or alliterative. The number of "beings" varies on each page giving one an excellent counting opportunity. I may amend my rating after getting my book report from my grandkids, aged 2 and 4.

I won this book in a Goodreads Giveaway. Following is my honest review:

This children’s board book is super cute with its vivid and colorful illustrations featuring animals living in the ocean. My Grandkids both enjoyed the book. I especially liked the author bio in the back of the book.

An enjoyable little book for toddlers!

Rowan's favorite part of this one is the illustration at the end of Kate Endle and Caspar Babypants. Not really sure why, but he loves that picture.

Ocean Motion by Kate Endle and Caspar Babypants
I enjoyed this cute little book. It had drawings of ocean animals to show my small grandson. The animals were moving about in or on the ocean. It is not a story with a plot. But rather a board book for the very small ones showing a theme of movement to capture their interest (when the child stops movement for a little bit). I recommend it.
