THE BABY CONTRACT by Riley Rollins is one of my favorite genre's, a marriage of convenience, so I was very excited to check it out. The story is good. Libby is a beautiful, sweet woman and it's so easy to see why Jack can't help but truly fall in love with her. Likewise Jackson is a kind, patient, loving and very sexy man any woman would love. Jack's family are all sweet and accepting of Libby, especially Jack's sister, India. Their relationship changes in a very natural progression despite the very intense attraction they feel for each other right from the first. There is a secondary story as well, the author does give clues but does a good job of keeping it under wraps until the end. Overall I enjoyed the story, my biggest issue being that it dragged. I felt the story might have been even better if shorter. 3.5 stars

The Baby Contract by Riley Rollins a fantastic five-star read. This is another great story from Riley Rollins that will take you places you don’t imagine.
Jack Mason is the head of Mason Steel Corporation, he is used to getting what he wants in everything apart from when it comes to his ex-wife. She failed him when he needed it most. Jack has always wanted children and with the help of his sister India he finally thinks he has the chance. Jack has come to the conclusion that he can buy anything, as money speaks.
Libby Jones needs money, she is penniless and homeless and all alone in the world, so when her friend India proposes a solution, it seems like a win, win to Libby. She gets the money she needs to set herself up for life and gets to have the experience of having a baby, without the actual baby. Something Libby has never wanted, due to the circumstances of her birth. The problem is that India neglected to mention that the baby daddy was super-hot!!
What happens when you have a concrete contract, everyone gets what they want. Until feelings get involved and complicate things. As we all know artificial insemination isn’t the only way to make a surrogate baby.

What a wonderful story. I loved both the Hero and heroine. Jake and Libby became friends while she was only suppose to have Jack's baby they both wound up getting a lot more. I loved the way the family was a loving and  supportive family and not just some snobby arrogant rich people.
I highly recommend this book.

Jack has always wanted a family, but when his wife decides she wants a divorce, that doesn't stop Jack from wanting a family. Jack always get what he wants a decides to get a surrogate to carry his baby and his sister India friend will carry his carry his baby and sign the contract. Keeping it just as a business deal will be difficult when Jack meets Libby for the first time. As time goes on feelings grow that neither of them expected. Great story that will have you rooting for Jack & Libby to have what they both truly want. Truly sweet story and love how much you can feel Jack & Libby emotions as you read their story.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. Jackson Mason, rich, handsome, recently divorce and wants a baby. So he hires a young woman by the name of Libby to fulfill his Baby Contract. It was supposed to be all business, but when the author of this book is Riley Rollins more than business will occur. When Jack & Libby first meet, it's an instant attraction and neither one of them can keep their hands off the other. In which, Riley Rollins writes in full steamy description. I find this novel to be sweet, loving, & very hot with a bit of drama from an ex-wife, but no spoilers here for me. It's a quick, fun read if your into Erotic Romance and if you are then this book is for you.

"Ready and willing" becomes "ready and wanting"

I received an Advance Reader Copy for The Baby Contract written by Riley Rollins and voluntarily reviewed this book. Jack Mason is at the point in his life where he feels he finally has everything in its place. With hard work and dedication, he managed to turn a multigenerational family business from operating on a hope and a prayer back into a successful company once again, which was in fact poised to merge with another successful major company. That was when Jacky suddenly got served with divorce papers from his wife Elaine, who did not have any desire to start the family he was now ready for and wanted out as well as financial compensation.

With some support from his sister India, Jack agrees to meet with her friend Libby, whom she feels would be the perfect surrogate for Jack’s baby, because he now was running out of time and needed to jumpstart his family. They meet and were quite attracted to each other…but both need to remind themselves that the contract they signed requires her to leave his baby behind and not look back.

Libby was given away when she was merely four months old, so she grew up with the stigma of being abandoned and taught herself to never need others to share her life. When feelings come into play with her arrangement, and she gets married for the sake of the baby’s future, she realizes that both Jack and the baby will be hard to leave, even though the baby will be set up in the best of care possible, with a loving and supportive family anxiously waiting in the wings.

We have business drama, sexy scenes, Libby reconciling her nonexistent past in order to move forward and find herself, and more in this story. Another great read from this author!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Jack Mason and Libby Jackson. Libby has been alone all of her life. She was given up as a baby and has lived in foster homes since that day, some good some not so good. So when her friend India tells her that her brother is looking for a surrogate she thinks this is perfect solution for her. Libby wants to carry as child but doesn’t believe that she will be a good mother so she believes it will be better to give the child a loving home that Jack can provide. However things change after she meets Jack. Not only is he handsome as all get out but he is giving her so much that she finds that she is developing feelings for him. Can she have it all or will she lose everything before she even gives it a chance?

Jack isn’t looking for the perfect family anymore. He has his parents, brothers and his sister. However the way his marriage ended makes him want the child he just doesn’t think he wants the wife anymore. This is before he sees Libby. He knows she will be the perfect woman to bring his child into the world however he finds himself wanting her for more than that. Will he be able to find out what he really wants before it is all too late or will his pride stop him for having it all?

This is a great story about wanting it all and being willing to go after it. There are many twists and turns in this story and just when you think you know how it will all go it changes. I want to tell you so many things about this book but don’t want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Finding Family

Jackson Mason has just divorced, and has zero interest in another relationship any time soon. What he does want is a child, to have a big family like his own. His sister suggests a surrogate, and she knows the perfect person.
Libby has no interests of relationships of any form, but she does want to experience pregnancy and childbirth. She's any ophran, so doesn't believe she'll be good at mothering or being a family. How could she, when she's had neither. A child deserves a loving family that can provide for him/her, and Libby believes Jackson will be a great father. She agrees to be his surrogate.
Libby will carry Jack's baby, stay with him during the pregnancy, and pretend to be his wife appearances sake. In exchange, Jack will pay her a large sum so she can buy a home and seriously focus on her art career. There are a couple of problems: (1)will Libby really be able to leave her baby behind and never see them again, (2) will Jack and Libby be able to give in to the chemistry they feel, then walk away from each other in the end?
As their arrangement progresses and their relationship grows, Jack and Libby begin to question what they really want. Jack wants Libby and their baby. Libby is starting to want a family, but fears she won't be able to give herself the way the Mason family does.
This was a great read, I even teared up when Libby learns a little about her past. There a few minor errors, if any. The story was entertaining, romantic and sexy. I really loved it and recommend giving it try.

Jack and Libby are the main characters in this story. Jack has got it all, he thinks, and he behaves like no one has anything to say but him. He owns his own company Mason Steel. Libby is a sculptor who has a really down period and hopes to find a way out.
Jack wants a child but not the relationship and what else follows fatherhood. He seeks a woman who wants to help him out and the go away when the baby is born. But that is until he meets Libby who has agreed to help him. They need each other to go on with their life.
There is a very strong chemistry between Libby and Jack but they have made a business deal. But what happens ... you have to read the book to see for yourself.
I love this very well written book. It has got a lot of chemistry between the two main characters. The story line is smooth and you have to read it all to find out, what happens next. It starts slow out in the first few chapters but it only gets better when you keep on reading.
The book has a lot of drama, emotions, lies, passion, hot scenes and laughs. It is written in a way that made me sometimes feel I wanted to strangle them or just shake them so they could go on and communicate or just see what I could see. I felt with them. Sometimes I also got annoyed with Jack and thought that Libby was a blessing that she could keep up with him.
Worth reading.

Jackson wants a family more than anything but his wife is not on the same page as him. Telling him it's all his fault and she wants a divorce. His "daddy clock" is ticking so he comes up with an idea in how to get what he wants. A surrogate!
Libby is an artist and she wants to experience giving a life but doesn't believe she's capable of being a mother. Not after her own out her up for adoption! She's never formed any attachments to anyone. But India is her friend and decides to match her up with Jack, to be his surrogate.
As soon as they meet there is an instant attraction between the two of them. But neither believe they want a relationship right now. Libby agrees to help Jack.
Things start moving pretty fast and their fake relationship turns real but neither will really admit it.
Jack is such a sweetheart. He's soft, sweet caring and loyal.
Libby is a sweetheart too. She's perfect for Jack and she doesn't realise just how much love she has to give.

I really enjoyed this book, from start to finish. I couldn't put it down. I was so happy Libby found the answers she need about her mother. I loved it when it showed her loving side with Moki.
I loved both parts of the epilogues. I loved both sides of their endings.

Even though I received an ARC for this book I had to buy it considering how much I enjoyed every single page of this book. All Jack wants is to be a father but after years of trying with his wife and then she divorces him, he decides to get a surrogate to carry his child. His sister knows the perfect woman for the job, Libby. Libby agrees considering she needs the money, has no where to stay and is a struggling artist. Right from the get go they are attracted to each other and try hard to keep those feelings at bay, not wanting to blur the lines on the contract they had signed. But as they get to know each other, talking, him spoiling her, treating her with kindness and caring for her every need it gets harder to keep real feelings between the two of coming out. When it all comes to a head and what she wanted to give him doesn't happen....I was completely surprised as to what happened and is the main reason I loved this book.
An amazing read with steamy scenes that are hot hot hot and a story with surprising outcomes (refreshing) that made me swoon not only for Jack but for Libby as well. Along with the ex in the picture, his company in jeopardy, his family coming together and standing strong, acceptance and love that was jumping off the pages and a letter that brought tears to my eyes....worth more than 5 ++++ stars in my opinion.

Jackson (Jack) Mason has worked hard to build his family's company up, but it came at a cost, his marriage, and in that he lost his dream of his own family, a child to of his own. And when his sister India, suggests hiring a surrogate to carry his child he decides to do just that.

Liberty (Libby) Jones is a struggling artist, when we meet her she's leaving her apartment not able to pay rent and moving into her friend India's place temporarily until she can get back on her feet. India suggests to Libby that she should be the surrogate for her brother, carry his baby and in return Jack would pay her.

When Jack and Libby finally meet the chemistry sizzles, and they sign the contract, Libby gets paid and Jack gets a baby, but when they move in together for the sake of the contract, things begin to get complicated, can they keep their feelings separate? Fighting the natural attraction they feel to one another or is this just a business arrangement?

I liked this book, it was sweet and quirky, different in that Jack wanted a baby not Libby, and was going to do whatever it took to get a child of his own.

The characters were good and the story line was decent. If you want a simple love story with a HEA then I recommend this book for you 😊

Omg what a great read. You have to read this book with an opened mind.

I love the book so much it kept me up for three nights reading it. The two main characters were well written. Libby was a quiet laid back woman n need of someone to show her what love is after growing up in foster homes and not knowing what love is or if she was ever loved.
And Jack wants a child to feel complete in his life, even if he had to pay someone to give him his dream. I loved it when he and Libby got together and found love in each other's arms .
The story starts out ok but then it explodes with steamy ,hot ,sex and love for one another that was so strong it lasted through all the trouble they had in their lives and bloomed into parenthood.
The part about the letter her mother wrote to her brought tears to my eyes. I always wanted my own happy ending and it fell apart when we found out that I couldn't have any babies and he left me. So I live through the books that I read and they move me to tears . Then I know it is a great book and I highly recommend that you read it!!!!!!!

Jack really wanted a baby- his first marriage did not work out the way he wanted to in that department, he could not allow himself to get involved in another relationship- surrogacy seemed to be the best option. When his sister has found the perfect women for the "job," he did not realize how right she was until he saw her. Libby needing the money cannot pass up the opportunity-
What starts out as a contract between two adults with an understanding of what they both will gain in the end with no strings turns into something completely unexpected awe inspiring.
This emotionally twisted, feel good fan your face hot read was much more than I had anticipated! Plenty of plot twists, and beautifully detailed storyline I couldn't put this book down. I found myself rooting for them as much as I was cursing them for the face palm moments they had!
I Give this book 4.5 Stars, and would highly recommend this awesomeness to others!

I was given this book for an honest review, so here it goes. Great book first of all ... there was just so much back and forth with her I wanted to strangle her but he settled little butt right in place not much alpha male style but he made his feelings clear in the matter.
Her mother in this was a great tie in to it, but with her mother not there wouldn't you want to be a better mother than she was (before knowing what you know now?) to me my mother wasn't there for me like she should of been, so I am determined to be there for my son no matter what and hope to give him a better life then what I she gave me.
All in all this is a great book and I would ask anyone to give this a try. all though I never meet a man wanting to have a kid so bad and have the mother just walk away.... why was adoption never an option with this whole story? it was never talked about with them as something to fall back on.

This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

I loved this book. Jack Mason has sacrificed everything in his personal life to get the family business Mason Steel back on top. With the understanding that he and his wife would start a family as soon as he did this. To his great surprise as soon as he is set to start the family his wife serves him with divorce papers and tells him that now that he is rich she is out and wants nothing but his money
Libby is a friend of Jack's sister. Living in foster care all her childhood she feels that giving birth to a child is about all she wants when in it comes to a child. She has no need to actually raise that child. So when she finds out that Jack is in need of a surrogate she jumps at the chance to give birth to a child that will be taken care of but not by her. And she will get the money she needs to start a new life.
This is such a great love story about two people that need something from each other and expects only that but find true love instead. There is also mystery and some wonderful secondary characters in this story.

I loved this book. The story held my attention and was exciting and it was so well done; but it also was heartwarming and emotional. This story has quite a few unexpected surprises and a spectacular conclusion with some happy announcements, adding a touch of flair and depth. Riley Rollins has put a lot of emotions, intrigue, suspense, and sadness. I loved the characters of Libby and Jack, and together their banter is refreshing and will make you laugh, but their sex is off-the-charts hot. Jack Mason, a billionaire who is sexy as hell and handsome, has worked hard to get what he has, but there is one thing he wanted his whole life and no amount of money or success could make up for his emptiness—until Libby Jones came along. The one person that Jack loathed was his ex-wife. Why? There are several twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. If you like your romance with a dose of sweetness, a dab of the erotic and a pinch of fun, you will love THE BABY CONTRACT. Snatch up this book today!!

This was a surprise novel by Riley Rollins, as the work of hers I’ve read was more lustful than romantic. (Very sexy lustful, btw).

She does a great job with romance too.

Jack Mason is the head of his family’s steel company, Libby is a former foster kid turned starving artist who has found herself homeless and crashing at her friend, India’s. Jack, recently divorced, wants a baby and is willing to pay a surrogate. His sister India knows just the right girl.

The story unfolds with Libby and Jack meeting and being immediately attracted to each other, but both decide keeping things between them professional is the best course of action. Well, this is a romance novel after all, obviously professional wasn’t going to work.

This is a sweet story of how Libby and Jack fall in love and find their way with each other, despite a bitter ex-wife, baby drama, and lying to Jack’s family about the nature of their relationship.

A satisfying HEA. It’s worth your time to read. 4 stars

Another great read from Riley Rollins! With Jack's life not where he saw it, a divorce and none of the children he had hoped for he will have his children the next best way, surrogacy. Enter Liberty, Libby, who is introduced to him through his sister. Libby is an artist who is friends with his sister and in need of some financial security. With an childhood like hers, given up by her birth mother and in foster homes, Libby wants to experience pregnancy but doesn't think she will make a good mother. The agreement should be simple, both getting what they want, but emotions don't play by a contract and both find themselves falling for the other. With her insecurities and his family business pulling him back when all he wants is to spend time with her they will have to be honest with each other to get what they both find themselves wanting more than anything. I loved Jack and Libby, they are the perfect for each other and the way his family folds Libby into their mix is something she absolutely deserves. Omg....what a story. I can finally review after wiping tears from my eyes it was sooo good. Jack Mason has it all...well he thinks he does , a wife, a Company..Mason Steel Corporation and oh there is one thing he wants...a baby. But life or fate can be unfair and things go pear shaped with his wife so no baby there. Only one option, find a surrogate. Now that's where the fun starts. Libby Jones is a friend of India, Jack's sister and she agrees to be his surrogate little realising how strong the attraction really is between them. From the moment they meet it a wow factor but they have to be sort of professional about this. Jack wants a baby, Libby wants financial security and a career but what they both get is something more precious...Love. You felt all the turmoil, emotions, drama of producing a child plus there was drama in Jacks life too with his business with deceit, betrayals and secrets. A fantastic read that made me laugh and cry and the ending was just even more than I ever imagined. A fantastic story, loved it

I really enjoyed this book. I always have a weakness for men to want babies. Like my ovaries crave these types of books. I was afraid it might be cheesy and predictable as many of these types of books are and this was not like that at all. It is a short story that ends around 50% but was so cute I loved it anyway. Jack was an absolute total sweetheart. He wanted a baby more than anything. He was raised in a large happy family and wants the same. But after the way things ended with his ex- wife he has no desire to try that again and decides he wants a baby of his own via surrogate. Libby was an orphan who had been from Home to home and yet a Total sweetheart as well with a heart of gold. Despite all of life's curveballs she was still just amazing. She didn't think she would a mom because she honestly didn't have a mother type to even learn from one. The second they meet each There is an instant attraction between them. He was one of the sweetest men I have ever read and I just adored he and Libby together. Give this gem a shot! I'm sure you will enjoy just as I have!

Jack has handled his business for years to get it where he wants before he starts a family. Once that finally happens, his wife isn't interested anymore. One divorce and a year later, he still wants his family, but will pay a female to have his heir if he needs to. Libby is struggling with her life, so she will gladly give Jack his baby since she isn't mom material, according to her. When they meet, it's instant attraction, but they have to fight their feelings so that the medical procedure takes place to get the baby. Before she knows it, there is a marriage and honeymoon. They can't fight their feelings any longer. Things get complicated with the business and ex-wife though, so she isn't sure what is going on with them. I absolutely love this book and how the characters were portrayed. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

The baby contract by Riley Rollins is a fantastic read of two people entering a contract for different reasons. After a marriage which ended in divorce where no children occurred Jack really wants a baby. He just doesn’t think he wants the woman with it, until Libby comes along. Libby doesn’t think she will be a good mother. She had a horrible childhood, given up by her birth mother to a life of foster homes. She is in need of financial security so surrogacy would have given her this. The agreement should be simple, that is until they find themselves falling for each other. “No fuss, no muss. Easy, right?” Wait and see…

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Wow! I really enjoyed this latest book from Ms Rollins. Jack and Libby's story had me from the beginning. Jack seems so determined to have a child. Even after his wife reveals that she really never wanted the same thing and only stayed with him until he turned the family business around and became financially wealthy himself. she shows her true colors and serves him with divorce papers. Jack doesn't let that stop him from wanting a child and comes up with a way to achieve his goal and not go through heartache again. Can he keep his feelings out of it once he gets his sister's bff to sign the contract? Can Libby protect herself from being hurt once Jack gets what he wants? This story answers those questions and more. This was a steamy, sexy and hot read full of great chemistry between Jack and Libby. Of course they get their HEA. loved it.
