This book is a unique, original synthesis of science, naturopathic medicine, psychology, and theology, rich with insights from the ancient Aramaic language and culture. The techniques taught in this book are easy to grasp and assimilateQand they work!
Dr. Michael Ryce is the founder and director of HeartLand, a self-healing center in the Ozark mountains. This has been the most powerful emotional healing tool I've found to date. It's much more than that though.
It's about forgiveness, which is removing unloving thoughts from our mind. Removing thinking patterns that generates toxic effects in our body.
The book was written primarily (I think) to teach how to use the "Reality Management Worksheet". By answering the questions and following direction, you find yourself letting go of the goals in your life that drive your brain to find evidence of pain being suffered.
Sound confusing? It is...and...it's not. I'm not saying this to generate confusion. You will either resonate with my words, and find them understandable. Or they won't resonate, and seem confusing. Give the book a shot. It's free.
I've done about 90 of the worksheets to date (4/8/2013). My perception of events in my life has changed. Beyond that, I no longer experience many events that used to trigger pain. The triggers just don't appear in my life anymore.
The book is an easy read. It's meant to be. It is not meant to be a literary masterpiece. It's meant to teach. The author's talent is more apparent in his speaking, than writing.
Michael Ryce currently travels around the country teaching the principles in the book at free seminars. His book is freely available to download from his website. (If you want a hard copy, that is not free.)
You will find yourself relating to this book no matter who you are! Recommended especially for those feeling like they are curious about why they do the things they do during challenges in life.
