I had high hopes for this one--I thought it would be entertaining but purposeful. Unfortunately, from what I did read (the first 8 chapters or so), it seems to be a lot of short little stories that weren't really cohesive, or have much point. Put it in my giveaway pile--maybe someone else will get more out of it than I did.

I LOVED this book. As a single Christian woman it was good to read about Kerri Pomarolli's life experience as it is concerned to dating. I thought I was the only one with a suspiciously comedic dating background. I learned that with patience you will reap if you faint not...in other words, keep hope alive. Wait for God...it was good to be reminded of how much He cares for me and that He has a wonderful man waiting for me if I just trust Him and his word.

Oddly enough, I'm pretty sure the title is true and that girls named Jennifer have way higher chances of getting dates.

The title alone amused me greatly!
However, the rest of the book, not so much.
I guess my expectations were too high, but I was counting on it book to make me laugh, and it didn't. It got a couple smiles and a few shakes of the head, but... maybe that's just me. :)

This was a charming book about love/dating. It's not one that I'll likely read again, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. It was funny without being raunchy, but it also wasn't overly preachy or cheesy.
