Read as a text book for Organizational Consulting class. It's not a page-turner exciting type of book, but it contains a lot of good forms & checklists. I'll be keeping it in my library as a reference book.

This was a good book as far as communication consulting goes, but it was poorly written and horribly edited. There were dump quotations all over the place, exclamation marks galore, and plenty of other things to make an editor cringe.
