With both beautiful and desperately sad paintings and photographs, this volume covers the Civil War through Reconstruction, the turn of the 20th century, WWI, the boom of business and the crashing Great Depression, WWII, the Korean War, anti-Communism in the 50s and generational shifts in the 60s, the Vietnam War, and the Space Race. It’s a lot; and we cover it with very well-explained transitions and details!
