At Master’s hands, Lola went through hell. She was rescued, and she healed her body, but she never healed her mind. Everywhere she goes, Sinner is constantly concerned that something will trigger the darkness inside her. She can’t do that to the man she loves, and right now she can no longer be the woman for him. She has to find the woman that is strong enough to deal with what happened to her, so she can have a future with Sinner.
Sinner can feel Lola pulling away from him, and he doesn’t know what to do. He loves her more than anything, so when Lola tells him she’s going, it takes every ounce of strength he has not to keep her locked up. If he loves her enough, he has to let her go.
Being in Piston County without Lola kills a part of Sinner. He cannot sit around and wait, nor can he go and force her back to him. So, he leaves the club and heads out to the Chaos Nomad Chapter. It’s the only way.
Some relationships don’t follow the same paths. Not everything is easy. Can Lola and Sinner’s love survive the space that her mind clearly needs?
Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound. She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.
I really enjoyed this book, it was so good to be back with the Chaos Bleed MC.
I wasn't really happy with Lola. I felt like she was running away from her problems and her family and also the only man that has been with her through it all. But in the end I saw how much both of them have benefited from this separation.
Nobody probably would understand what someone is going through after they had been through was Lola has been through. I was really impressed with Sinner though. The way he just stayed by her side even though they weren't together, just really impressed me.
I loved the check in's with everyone else. And what came through even more is that this club is more than a club they are a family. And man the drama between Slash, Butler and Natalie Woah!
This story just made me want to read the whole series from beginning again.
This was Sinner and Lola's story and it was a very emotional read.
Years later Master aka Andrew was dead and the MCs (The Skulls and Chaos Bleeds) had moved on. Lola was not coping well and Andrew's brutal kidnapping and the acts he committed to her still resided in her head. In some ways, Sinner, the love of her life was making it worst by not giving her breathing room. She decides to go for an interview and lands the job. Did she tell Sinner --- no but he suspected something due to an entry she had placed on her desk calendar. They have an heated argument and she leaves him even though she loved him and he loved her.
Months past by and an unforeseen event makes Sinner leave Chaos Bleeds MC and follow the Nomad chapter! He forges a bond with new brothers and discovers the Lucius' best friend, Roxy is dying of breast cancer and he has a promise to keep for both of them... very heart retching!!!!! So in many ways this helps him see that both Lola and himself needed this time apart.
What I enjoyed about this series is the subplots throughout the story. Simon and Tabitha's young long distant romance is so cute and going to be interesting to see with the next generation of the Skulls and Chaos Bleeds MCs will bring about in the next soap opera timeframe for aging kids! Remember in that setting the kids age faster than the adults... lol. Devil and Lexie's love is still magical and they are having another child, Lacey still can't cook but still a great friend to everyone; Sally, is stronger after losing her leg and is falling for an older MC member that Whizz won't like, Nathalie has Slash and Butler pinning and fighting over her and she don't know what's going on... the relationships go on and on but they don't take away from Sinner and Lola's journey!
Really look forward who story will be next ... maybe Nathalie, Butler and Slash will have an untraditional relationship - menage... any things possible with Sam Crescent's creative writing!
Honestly, not sure how I feel about Lola. I understand that for her wasn't easy to move on after what she went through, but she made me feel... That's the problem. I just couldn't connect with Lola. I couldn't feel empathy or anything else for her, expect maybe frustration, because I felt that pit between her and Sinner. Maybe Lola wasn't completely at fault there, but... She was a confused mess. I guess, having devoted overprotective male sometimes is just not enough, when you're broken and you need to be fixed. And maybe it was one of the problems. Sinner was too protective, making her feel like she's made of glass. And Lola pushed everything away, instead of dealing with it. Like if she ignore it, it will just go away on its own. So, yeah, I'm unsure about Lola, even at the end.
On the brighter note, I so missed Chaos Bleeds. It was nice to meet my old friends. Some even from Skulls. But mostly, I loved to see my man, Devil. I love my man, even more, if that possible.
"If you want me to hold your hand, and treat you like a fucking girl, I'll do it. I love my men, all of you."
He's perfect Prez. Always there for his men. He's perfect man. Always there for his woman.
Sinner and Lola met after the MC rescued her from a mad man. They soon became close but Lola never dealt with the torture that she had been through. Sinner just wanted to protect her but all he ended up doing was shielding her from life. A break was needed but Sinner was afraid it would be the end of them. As they both took off to find themselves they realized that it enabled them to see what they needed to make their relationship grow. I love how Sinner accepted that Lola needed to fix herself but was there for her if she needed him. Sinner also needed to leave and deal with what he was feeling. I have to say that the secondary characters Roxy and Lucien had me very emotional. I didn't expect that and would have loved to see a future for them. I hope there is a HEA for Lucien that knocks him off his socks that he doesn't see coming.
Sinner's Possession - Chaos Bleeds MC Series - Book 9 - By - Sam Crescent
Sinner's Possession is the ninth book within the Chaos Bleeds MC Series and it was heartbreakingly beautiful without question, in so many ways. We first met the beautiful Lola Sparks in the book Master. Lola was an innocent, just like Paris, who was snatched by the evil menace named Master, who was an enemy to both Chaos Bleeds MC and The Skulls MC. She was beaten, raped and tortured and forced to use her hacking skills to carry out Masters evil commands. Once she was saved by the clubs she moved on with her life, found a connection with the Chaos Bleeds MC brother Sinner and tried to make the future, their relationship work and block out the past. Life is not that easy, the past tormented her and began to eat away at her causing her to make decisions to leave Sinner and the club, to find herself again, so she could have a future with Sinner. Sinner had to then make choices and join the Nomad chapter for a while to find himself and understand what happened between him and Lola and how to move forward. We met Lucius a fellow Nomad chapter brother and others along the way and a beautiful woman named Roxy. Their parts in the story added so much and definitely tugged on the heartstrings. I loved seeing Lacey and Whizz, it's great when the clubs and characters meld together, it adds so much character to heroes and heroines that we know and love and keeps us updated and still invested as those characters continue to develop. I adored seeing more of Devil and Lexie, they are amazing together and their son Simon never fails to make me smile and laugh. Another great addition to an outstanding series. Happy Reading. 5 out of 5 stars
I wasn’t all that invested in these characters. I liked Sinner but Lola annoyed me a bit. A little too whiny a character IMO.
LOVED Lucious though. Sad storyline. I would love to read more of him.
The sneak peaks of Simon and Tabitha are too cute for words. I hope they get a book. As for the Slash/Natalie/Butler triangle I’m not interested in. I already know that Butler wants Mandy so I’m not sure why the triangle plot. The last time this author had a triangle I was annoyed with who the characters ended up with. So I’m not looking forward to the next two books in this series.
Either way, this story had a different spin on a couple growing together. But it barely held my attention. Enjoy if you can.
Lola needs to find peace with herself before she can really settle down and be whole with Sinner. I really loved how Sinner stayed true to Lola during separation. Usually it's just the girl but this time it was both. I was really worried since he was so angry at first. Everything eventually worked out. I'm curious to know what will come about with Butler/Natalie/slash. I'd like for Lucius to find happiness as well.
Ohh talk about the feels sinner is a sweet heart he has a heart the size of Texas pure gold . He loves his woman lola with every fibre of his being he loves his club his brothers even if it means letting go of his woman so she can find her self he'd do what ever it takes . And thankfully in the end she came back better and stronger to the man who owned her heart and the family she never really had . Love this series. Sam nails it each and every time.
This one was a roller coaster of emotions! Sinner going on the road to help him cope with being separated from Lola...Lucious and Roxy, definitely shed some tears. It is so fun to see the progression and growth that comes from a long series. I am eager to see who Natalie chooses!!
What a great book!! I just absolutely loved it! I just love this series and I can't wait to read the next book in this series!!! A definite must read!!! Happy Reading!!! :)
I have always loved the Chaos Bleeds crew and the Skulls it's always a hoot to catch up with them and I can't wait for more Chaos Bleeds books so I would absolutely recommend this book it went well beyond all of my expectations!!!!
To find herself and to be closer to Sinner, Lola leaves him. While the hurt is too much for Sinner he begins to understand this path was meant to be. The love Sinner has for Lola and the courage to let her go makes all the difference in their happily ever after.
Sinner's Possession... Yes, Yes!! Sinner is another book boyfriend for me. Absolutely loved this story. Loved Devil's wisdom in this story and I personally cant wait to read about Simon and Tabitha. Happy Reading!!!
Chapter 6, first couple pages were the best things I’ve ever read 🤣🤣💋🤣🤣, seriously, too funny!!! Rest of the book was more heartache, sad, but people need to grow, there’s family & love in the MC ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
SAM CRESCENT never disappoints. She has gifted us with another wonderful addition to the Chaos Bleeds MC series. Sinner's Possession is Lola and Sinner's story, but it is so much more than that. Club members lives were also added. We meet new members. It's about loss and growing. About leaving the past and moving forward. And let's not forget making room for the next generation. Outstanding job Sam Crescent !!
Sinner and Lola 's love is so strong and true. They were both there for each other when needed but each could work through their issues on their own. It was so great to catch up with everyone elso, also. Lucia broke my heart and Roxy made me fry. I hope he finds his way back to Piston County in the near future. This book has everything, love, devotion, anger, and a little bit of tears. KEEP 'em coming!!
Sam Crescent can do no wrong with any of her books!!
Sinner and Lola's story was beyond amazing!! As I read their story I felt as if I was living Sinner and Lola's pain... That is how outstanding Sam's writing is!!
I always enjoy the glimpse we get to see into the other couples... Its beautiful to see their love still going strong!!
I wonder if Im the only one hoping Lucius and Natalie end up together?!? I don't know how that would work but I think Natalie is just want Lucius needs!
All in all another wonderful read by Sam Crescent! I can't put into words how great of an author she is!!
Enjoyed Sinner and Lola's romance...they experienced many bumps and bruises along the way but it made them stronger...this book did bring sadness too...reminds us how precious each day is...excited to see if Crescent will give Lucius his own book...I think he needs one...Happy Reading!!!
