I wanted to like this one more as I thought the author would ease us into the last book. Nope. She barely mentioned Axel or the other brothers. I get they each got their own lives. But Hudson starts a bar leaves and I'm suppose to believe Hale is happy running it and making it more of a restaurant. Yeah ..NO
Ok I hope the last and final book comes out soon, so I can be done with the Becketts. But they are definitely dirty books. Meaning they use really naughty words and "back door" area was used this time. Steamy!!

Only 1 left.
I've read this entire series. Im a sucker for the bad boy gone good storyline and Olivia Chase does it well. The family bond is touching. The characters are well written and have a lot of emotional depth. I know Axel will be the next story and I can't wait to read it!

A fast paced, suspenseful romance that you won't want to miss. This is an intriguing story, with quite a few BDSM aspects to it, and some surprise twists that will have you turning the pages to see what happens next. A bit different than the other stories in the series, although there is some of the same repetitions, but overall it's a great story.
I would recommend this book, series, and author.

Loved it!
Wow.. Hale's story was freaking Awesome. I really enjoyed the relationship between him and Phoebe. They were so well-written to be good for each other. The storyline was addictive and so intriguing. I can't wait for Axel's story. It saddens me it probably will be the ending of the series but I am so looking forward to it!

Another good read
Love the cover of the book! Storyline is fantastic. Always enjoy prior characters coming back into book. Author surprised me...never would have guessed the ending. Loved that! My heart broke a few times throughout the book. Recommend this series

This story was just alright for me. I always try to be positive and make things better than they are, Hale's story (for me) wasn't as good as the rest.

Hale and Phoebe are giving are a certified TKO powerhouse couple! Phoebe's is a sweet tempered girl leading a mild mannered life while doing a frustrating job for a difficult boss. When she meets the dangerous and sexy Hale she doesn't know what to make of the bad boy but the attraction is intense and immediate. Hale is drawn to Pheobe but after watching his brother and cousins fall he has no plans on letting happen to him. But he cannot help the inexplicable need that drives him to protect and be with her. But when he must choose between doing what's right and being loyal to his family Hale has is put between a rock and a hard place - and he may lose the one thing that really matters.

Totally enjoyed Hale's story. It's hot. It's sweet. And it kept me turning the pages. I loved how he meets Phoebe. She's not new in town. Their paths just happen to cross. Hale reacts to his excitement and adrenaline rush and sets them on an unexpected journey to, of course, their HEA.

Another enthralling, Becket story! I love the difference between Hale and Phoebe. Hale is complicated and a loner, Phoebe is open and caring. I like how they connect in the story. Their chemistry is combustible! A good plot showing how Hale fights his demons and the part Phoebe plays in the decisions he makes in his life! Love their forever happiness. I recommend reading this series!!!

4.5 stars. Love this series. I can't wait for the last brother Axel and hopefully a wrap up of all of the Beckett boys!! Go read them all from the beginning... Smith.
