Ok this one was somewhat ok with somewhat of a storyline.
OF COURSE the exes are OTT horrible people!
But I can live with that i guess.
Hero was ok not stalkerish, well she lives with him so we don't know what he's capable of. But anyway he gave her space and respect for six months before making his first move. I guess we can call that honourable!

I found this to be a very sweet book. I actually had to check if really was a Sam Crescent book!
Essentially the H is all about the h from the moment he sees her. Completely changes his life to kee her close. However, instead of instantly claiming her he lets her become comfortable (about 6 months) around him before he makes a move. He built up her confidence and made his claim clear early on.
The little bit of ex drama came up and was ended within a page or so. While I enjoyed it I found it a little boring because they came together in the first few chapters and there wasn't any drama till the last chapter.
Sweet epilogue a few years in the future. Completely safe as the H was all about the h from first sight and NO mention of partners before her were mentioned. He had gone through a nasty divorce and was totally devoted to his daughter so I'm gonna choose to believe there wasn't any women between his ex wife and the heroine.

Well, so the plot goes like this: Leo hires Cassie as the nanny for his daughter Grace, but he has always been attracted to her.
She is recently divorced from a shitty, verbally abusive ex- and he gives her six months to recover until he makes his move..
Short, dirty with a typical curvy, baking loving SC heroine and an obsessed hero who did keep his dick in his pants this time around. Hot sex scenes with breeding, and would have given higher stars if not for his ex drama at the end.
Nice epilogue.

This was a short story about a single father falling for his daughter's nanny. Leonardo Cole is divorced from his rotten ex-wife and he has full custody of his five year old daughter, Grace. Cassie is 30 years old, she's divorced now but she was in a loveless marriage with a man who treated her horribly. Leo has been tortured by Cassie and her body for the six months that she's worked for him. Leo finally makes his feelings known and although she wants him Cassie is reluctant at first because she loves Grace and doesn't want to lose her job. Leo can be quite persuasive and he soon convinces Cassie that he wants her to be a part of his family ... forever.

Great read if...you enjoy quick reads, hot scenes, easy story lines, and an HEA.
Side note: This was a sweet read. It wasn't too complicated, progressed quickly, but gave enough details to understand the choices both characters were making. I loved seeing the hero love and worship his woman's body despite her own insecurities. I also loved watching her get passed it. While I hated how she let her ex effect her, the truth is that is how it is for many women with crappy exes. The sex was fun, hot, and the kiss that kicked it all off was perfect. If you're looking for something fast, satisfying, and sweet, definitely give this book a shot.

Leo Cole has been infatuated with his nanny Cassie Owens since she first started. Cassie is everything he wants in a woman but she seems oblivious to his attraction and Leo has decided its time to make his move and show Cassie what he really wants, her.
Fun little quickie. I would have liked this to be longer I think it would have had a little bit more character development but overall entertaining quickie.

I love these short stories about everyday people. This is a story about Cassie who had a terrible marriage and was now the nanny to a little girl of a rich sexy man.
Leo's marriage wasn't to wonderful either, but when he divorced his wife and got custody of his daughter he met Cassie and he fell in love with her instantly.
But how can he get Cassie over her own insecurities about her previous marriage. And will he get her to trust him so they can have their own happily ever after.
I loved it, short sweet sexy and so good.

A great "lunch break" read. Simply sweet with a man who loves a woman and wants her to be his family. You jump into the story when Cassie has already been Grace's nanny for six months so I like that not everything seems so sudden. Leo is a little bit older than her but I don't really consider it an age-gap romance. She's 30 and divorced. He's 40 and also divorced. Leo has had his eyes on ever since she came on to be his daughter’s nanny. Grace loves Cassie and would nothing more than to have her as her new mom. You have to love that Grace keeps trying to help her Dad out with Cassie to winner her over. Cassie’s ex was a real jerk. I’ve met men like him. Always putting you down and making you feel bad about yourself when it is them that is the true problem. Cassie may be curvy but she has a heart of gold. Leo is one lucky man. And I have to say, I love the dirty talk.

I liked the story. Only critique is that the female protagonist needed to punch his ex in the throat. I would actually do worse. Some people just need to be beat up to feel some humility. You have to be a coldblooded snake to do what she did. I loved the male protagonist. He was a dreamboat. Sighing right now. And smiling.

I definitely liked this one.
It was super sweet and more realistic then the earlier books. I can’t figure out why the male lead was with the first wife at all, let alone insisted on a baby with her, but whatever. The rest of the story worked and I enjoyed it.

This is another brilliant romance on the go read, insta love and all the feels. Leonardo Cole, Leo is a man who knows exactly what he wants. He wants Cassie Owens his daughter's nanny to be his woman. The relationship between Leo and Cassie is as sweet as it is spicy. They are perfect together and the relationship Cassie has with Leo's daughter Grace whom she cares for is adorable. This is a heartwarming read that you cannot help but fall in love with. My only wish is that it was longer. Happy Reading!

Um he made his ex-wife have a baby against her will??! And then threw away Cassie’s pills when she said she wasn’t ready to have a baby! Like this man is a walking red flaggg. Also Nancy saying that he’s a better man for Cassie is not the compliment that she thinks it is. Obviously his ex-wife beverly is crazy but he should not have made her have a baby if she wanted to go to the clinic. Kinda mad cause he had everything to be a good hero.
