I am truly thankful for this book.
When I was feeling empty, lost in my thoughts, and disconnected from my emotions, it helped me a lot. I was overwhelmed by anger, which caused a mental block.

I went back to my bookshelf and reread this book in 2022.
Through it, I was able to identify my emotions, understand them, and learn how to manage them. And finally, I was able to overcome my anger and reconnect with my feelings.

Empathy is the key. Try to understand the opposite person feelings and situation before saying anything. EQ is as equally important as IQ
