The cover is the same as the edition shown but the text has been updated to 2019. There are some differences but our library edition shows the same chapter headings:

Twitter Basics
The Tweet
Friends and Followers
Twitter for Business
Advanced Twitter

There is more here than most will want to wade through. But the Twitter jargon is explained well and there are some surprising topics covered such as “Twitter and the Law.”

Even though this was updated less than 2 years ago, too much time has passed to feel that the coverage of mobile apps is adequate. But the advice on troubleshooting problems still seems okay.

Three stars means if you need something, this book should be either a good start or all you will likely need (except as noted).

Very easy to read. Each page takes about 35 seconds because of all the pictures. A book for all ages and all levels of proficiency. Umm, apart from anyone who uses Twitter regularly. I guess they would know all this stuff already.
Slight problemo with the information in the book, though. It was published in 2014, which means that it's kinda out of date. There's not so much I know about Twitter, but what little I know contradicts what I've read here. The word limit has changed (from 140 to 280 characters), Twitter now supports video natively and I lost interest in checking the links to related websites when I found that they didn't go anywhere.
Having said that, there's plenty of stuff on how to use Twitter to promote a business and that's actually all I got the book for. So it works on that level.
