Book 7 of the series doesn't disappoint. The federations enemy's once again enlist aid from another species to force the federation from their colonies. I really enjoyed the entire series. The characters are interesting and each book introduces more characters to keep things fresh. Fast paced and full of action. I highly recommend the entire series.

A old enemy returns

In book 7, we see a old enemy returns looking for revenge. But they have a new stronger partner with them. Young Chloe Johnson is training to fly in the fighters craft, but she finds the enemy fleet getting ready to attack. Can President Slade once again lead the human forces to victory? Looking forward to book 8. If you have not read this series yet, what are you waiting for.

I like this author and this series a lot. Well written, well plotted, really good stuff in a sea of mediocrity these days...

Enjoyable read

When you get used to the stories jumping about all over the place, you enjoy the stories more. This time an unknown ship blasts the latest top of the line destroyer away on its maiden voyage. A rescue mission comes under fire. It all shows great promise for a good story, but after finishing the book, it left a sense of lacking substance, as if the ending was rushed.

Fantastic series.

Loved every page and hope there is more to come. Now that they captured some really advanced tech things should really get interesting.
