Why did I never learn about the Incas in any school I ever attended? This book is almost 50 years old, but I think it is a good basic history. I don't know where you would find it, but if you can, you will find a story as fascinating as anything Greece offers. This book is super readable and good for kids. I really enjoyed it, and now I want to go to Peru.
