Single woman with a dear pet that gets catnapped, goes to a woman who is known for her philanthropy and asks her to pretend that her cat is missing so that they can try to get her cat back. The chief of security (her godson) is suspicious of the woman but eventually falls in love with her so much so that he goes to great lengths to find and return her cat to her. Along the way they both learn about the other through other sources.
