I read this thinking I'd add it to my elementary library collection, but with multiple illustrations of guns, explosions, etc. I am not comfortable putting this in the hands of Kinder and 1st grade readers.

This is a prechooler's intro to Captain America and Falcon. Even as such it leaves out some really important points and I should not recommend it. Just because something is meant for young children is never an excuse for it to be lacking in fundamentals.

Young fans of Captain Marvel will appreciate this level 2 reader about Captain America and Winter Soldier, which apparently will be a movie in the summer of 2014.
Could also go down to 1st grade although there are a few scenes of fighting and destruction, but nothing bloody or gory.

Kid's book. Came across it at the library when it was mixed up with another book hold. Sanitized version of the movie, but good introductory story.
