If you want to understand how to actually create and implement PLC culture and practice in your school, but reading Dufour makes you want to stab yourself, this is the book for you. Completely practical, full of templates, and good instructions in the step by step format, written by two ladies who have continually done this work and know how to break it down. We'll be reading this as a school staff this year.
