Victor Cheng is a remarkable coach who masters the art of "coach engineering" as I reference it. While most authors deliver their ideas via pulley points and supporting stories, Victor goes few levels deeper and explains the entire workflow of operations and all possibilities. I definitely recommend everything Victor produces.
