Markus: Recovering from cancer, Bree ends up in the Alaskan wilderness, trying to decide how to live the rest of her life. When she accidentally sees and overhears something at the diner where she is working, she and two other waitresses are kidnapped. Markus and his SEAL buddies are on training exercises in Alaska. When he ends up rescuing Bree, everyone can see that his life will change forever. The action and danger that follows this, keeps you turning the pages to find out what will happen next. Another great story.
Evan: When Levi’s team of four is injured during an attack whilst on a simple mission, Evan goes in with Mason’s team to get the four men out. On their way home, he realizes that one of the helicopter pilots taking them to safety is the woman he has never been able to forget. When she is targeted on home soil, Evan will stop at nothing to protect her. Can he make her see that the only place to be is in his arms forever? I loved this story. Action, danger, terrorists, helicopter aerial warfare, it all just keeps getting better and better.
Mason's Wish: It’s getting close to Christmas and Tesla is once again working from home, this time she is trying to determine who is sabotaging her latest project. Whilst on the phone with Mason, she is kidnapped. Mason and his buddies race against the clock to find and rescue her. This lovely novella, as well as giving us some action, allows us to find out a little more about the couples in previous books as Tesla reminisces after her rescue. A nice way to bring everyone together.
Chase: Lots of excitement in this story. Danger, intrigue, gang retribution, drive by shootings, protective feelings and romance. All this and more will keep you turning the pages to discover the outcome. Before joining the Seals, Chase was dragged into a local gang. Now, years later, the gang has found him again and is threatening people that he cares about. This is another great book in a likewise, great series.

Marcus - Book 7
I love that I can catch up on this series with collections of three books at a time. I am reading books 7-10, of which Markus is the first. I think this may be my favorite of this series so far.
The team is in Alaska for training when Markus gets hijacked by a local. Jake is a spec ops vet from before they were spec ops, and his daughter was kidnapped along with two other waitresses from Boomer's diner.
As they check out the situation and tie up one of the men involved, the youngest waitress escapes and runs into the woods.
All Bree could think about was getting away as far and as fast as she could. Unfortunately she didn't think about direction when she did and Alaska is not where you want to get lost in the wilderness.
Bree had run further than she imagined and this journey back was taking a toll. When they stopped to rest Jake shows up and then things take a turn for the worse.
It appears someone wants to clean up loose ends. Lots of suspense and action from here. With an overloaded police department and all sorts of chaos occurring, the team gets permission to help out.
A page turning read that leads to Bree becoming Markus' keeper. I can't wait to start Evan, the next in this series.
Evan - Book 8
I love stong heroines and Dale Mayer definitely delivers. In this book we get a closer look at Ice and meet her new partner Megan. The book starts as Ice and Megan pick Levi's team out of a mission gone wrong. An ambush that will change all their lives.
Evan was part of the team that went in to get them out, he and Megan have a bit of history and now he wants to see if there is more for them. Megan is a bit more skeptical, although she does have feelings for him as well.
As this investigation opens, things are really tense on base, and Megan thinks she may have seen something.
Things heat up rapidly in more way than one as Megan finds herself in the middle of an investigation she really wants nothing to do with.
Plenty of hold your breath action, tears, some laughter and simmering to sizzling heat as Evan works to convince Megan he's the one for her.
Mason's Wish - Book 9
Yes I know this is a Christmas book and it's May, but that's where this book fell in my reading and in the series order.
I'm not sure who I feel worse for, Tesla or Mason. I swear every time this woman turns around she's being grabbed by the bad guys, much to Mason's dismay and panic.
Now Tesla is become a bit of a pro at this stuff and she still has her phone although it's dying. I love this woman!
We see all the team and there are lots of surprises that are happy mixed in with all the bad.
A fast paced, kind of scary and intriguing tale as Mason and the team go after the people involved.
I am just inhaling these books, I love them so much.

A great value boxset with some great light reads to feed your SEAL obsession.
#7 Markus - 4*
This is the story of how Markus met his perfect woman while a training exercise was derailed by local events. She seems to be a perfect match for him after he has been grieving following the death of his wife some time ago. Can they both come out of everything safely and will she decide to keep him or will his colleagues and friends get a chance to step in?
This was a charming story on how Markus met Bree and the events that threatened repeatedly to derail any chance of happiness they might have. A sweet story that was an enjoyable light read in the genre of SEAL meets the woman of his dreams. Well written, it was very enjoyable and very hard to put down as all the dramatic events unfolded.
#7.5 Mason's Wish - 4*
This is a novella set at Christmastime. Mason loves life with Tesla but he wants more than just living together - he wants it to be forever! So he decides to make it a memorable Christmas for them both. He calls her only to hear her cry out as she fights off an attacker. Racing to help he finds her missing (again). Tesla is determined to put bad memories behind her and is looking forward to a happy Christmas but it appears someone is nursing a grudge and has decided it is time for payback. Can Mason find Tesla and rescue her before they lose a future and each other?
This is a lovely Christmas story that sets you up nicely for the season with a healthy dose of the SEALs and their ladies that we know and love. There was plenty of dram and danger mixed into a mystery story that has a sweet resolution and a HEA. A nice quick read that is just right to set you into the Christmas spirit.
#8 Evan - 4*
Evan is considered a wildcard by everyone - including Megan. However unknown to her he is definitely carrying a torch for her and when she transfers to the West Coast their paths cross again when rescuing another SEAL unit who appears to be under attack in an apparent betrayal. Back at base Megan is the one under attack and so Megan and Evan need to stick together as they fight to keep her safe as well as work out who set them up. Can Evan keep her heart safe while Evan fights to keep her safe?
This is a charming story of how sometimes attraction cannot be denied especially when it is so right. Dramatic and with a mystery too it was a great light read that was very enjoyable. Well written, it is a light fun read with an added dose of drama, danger and mystery.
#9 Chase - 5*
Chase, like most other people, has a few secrets in his past, but his are rather dramatic and are about to resurface is a spectacular fashion. Vanessa is concentrating on moving forward with her life and not looking back as she doesn't want her painful memories from the past to shape her life going forward. But when she is embroiled in Chase's past the become her problems too. They both need to deal with the past in order to have a future - hopefully together.
Wow - this was a very dramatic story which has so much intrigue, drama and danger that it was almost non-stop action once it had started. It was a great tale of how love can come in the most trying of circumstances and that when it is right nothing is going to stop it - as long as they can both survive the situation that they are caught up in. An enjoyable read that was well written and addictive as the action flowed.

Keepers
Bree and Markus
Bree is in remission after battling uterine cancer. Marks, having lost his wife is so perfect for her. The Seal team is running around in Alaska, after some bad guys. Gunmen, arsonists, killers are all in the mix. They are being kept on their toes. Markus is protecting Bree all the time. Complete bliss and they get their HEA
MEGAN AND EVAN
She's a helicopter pilot and rescued him and his Seals from a mission gone wrong. Now they're under attack at their Base. Evacuations, evasive maneuvers, and all to stay a step ahead of the bad guys. They just can't seem to catch a break. The whole Seal team is under attack and Megan most of all. Megan and Evan had a brief affair years ago. He couldn't forget her. They have another chance at love and they grab it with both hands. HEA
Tesla and Mason
Not again. Poor girl can't seem to catch a break. Tesla is kidnapped again for her work. The whole team is again on the defense to catch the bad guys. At last they are getting married. Mason popped the question. Sigh. So lovely
Vanessa and Chase
She works for an International rescue company. She met Chase through boys that was rescued from war torn Afghanistan. Someone took a shot at them in a park, because of his gang relatedpast
As with the other Keepers attraction was instant. Darn these Seals's women are awesome. Not really 's are. They are fighting for survival
What kind of sickos kidnaps little children.
Seals and their ladies to the rescue again. Vanessa and Chase get their HEADS Too
I'm really blown away by these heartfelt stories.

Returning to base Megan feels like she spotted something unusual. at the hanger. Which leads her to jumping out of the second story apartment and run for safety. A love Megan & Evan had before and more mature of what they had. Good action.

Once again Tesla has been kidnapped, telling the bad guys that Mason won’t like it when he finds them, and he will. Mason has the ring, wants everything got to be perfect, and a future with her. She wanted their first Christmas to be filled with memories, and with his team they fulfilled beyond what she wanted for their first Christmas together. Delightful
CHASE
Survival and Secrets from their past for Chase and Vanessa, has come back and targeting the ones he care’s for and loves. Chase and Megan both have a tat from their early days doing the best with little choice to choose. Now he has the Seal team to help keep them alive.
Thought the characters were not developed enough to have a depth or to
draw you in.

Another solid entry in the series
Although two of the side characters (Levi & Ice) stole the show in Evan and Megan's book. As with the previous books the female leads are strong, independent women so Bree, Megan and Vanessa are more than up to challenge of Markus, Evan and Chase. Megan I'm particular is truly kick ass. One minor quibble in Evan & Vanessa's book the bad guys prove themselves to pretty sophisticated yet the team keeps underestimating them?? Can't wait to read Levi's book.

'SEALs of Honor: Books 7-10' were just as intriguing as the first six books in this series. Between Markus, Evan and Chase, they were undoubtedly are bad-ass men with some awesome skills. Each book pulled me in and didn't let go. 'Mason's Wish' was a great novella. In each mens' story, the women are so perfect for them. They have great qualities that test and teach the men. I can't wait to read more. A must add to your tbr list. Recommended read.

Same story told a few different ways!
These books are stories about the most inept Navy SEALs ever! It’s actually painful to read! Their love interests get kidnapped 2-3 times per book! Then they all race off to a location and leave her ALONE! Seriously?! The writing is amateurish— would a SEAL ever “cry out”?? I doubt it. The guys never seem to have the upper hand in their fights. Going to move on to another author.

A little uneven, but enjoyable nonetheless. I do like that the men and women who develop these relationships are not physically perfect specimens - that is something that is unique to Dale Mayer's books, for the most part.
