A good view of the early cold war and the attempts of the CIA to gain a footing on counter intelligence and spy craft. The spy verse spy dramas that occurred and the key players evolved in them. The Russian language was a major barrier if not for George Kisevalter. He is the central player in the narration as the story revolves. An interesting read exposing the successes and failure of all the countries involved. The game that was played for keeps.
