This book offers some beautiful Native American prayers, wedding blessings, and proverbs, and has beautiful Native American graphic designs on every page. But also within this book are well-deserved scathing critiques about white people and Christians who took so much from Native Americans. A thought-provoking read.

As it says on the book cover, "A collection of inspiring reflections and profound spiritual knowledge". The book is broken into several sections including, Wisdom, The Circle of Life, Mother Earth, Family and the Native Way, Love, Peace, and Happiness, and Prayers, Blessings, and the Great Spirit. It was published in 2022, and is as relevant and thoughtful now, as it was then, and as relevant to future generations.
When you read this book, you understand that the Native American, unless threatened, is peaceful, nature, home, and family loving. The book passes its' wisdom on from generation to generation, and those that read it and incorporate it into their lives are richer for it. I kept looking for a quote to help represent the book, but there were too many to quote. It's a mindfulness-type of book to re-read over and over again.
