Another library borrow that Tot isn't quite old enough for. She understands the fun of playing with a good stick, but she can't much follow the game of floating them down the river from the pictures. The art is beautiful to look at and we are both fans of Pooh and friends. Will revisit.

friends from the hundred acre woods are playing Pooh sticks. Tigger comes along and thinks it's easy and he will win, because he always wins. But after playing several times and becoming frustrated every time because something happens to his stick but each time Eeyore wins. Eeyore being a good friend helps teach Tigger how to play and soon Tigger is winning again. But Tigger learns more than just to play the game but how to play with friends to have fun.

I may be a little biased- grew up with pooh and love the series

It's a bit long for small group reading in a preschool setting but individually - which children who are interested, this is a great story.

Questions for comprehension are at the back as well

You can't always win no matter how much you hate losing.
