ITERS-3 focuses on the full range of needs of infants and toddlers and provides a framework for improving program quality. This is for sure a handy guide that will definitely help you in putting together a quality Child Care program. However, the obsession that the profession once had for these books was a bit much. There are many things in this book that are over the top and hard to reach in a smaller scale daycare, making it seem like your program isn't as good as it might be. Best used as a guide and not a gospel.
