Keep in mind that this is one man's account. About 40% of his claims have been proven to be true, the other 60% are either impossible to verify or outright disproven. As the author's granddaughter, I know he'd become a bitter, troubled man who blamed the state after not getting a return on all his sacrifices he made to bring his family to Israel.

one of the most dangerous books i have read
the Author tries to Blame that Israel Haganah was behind Arab Anti Semitism and flee of Arab jewish from their countries to Israel although i have many reservation about this book i would need much rereading and checking it's sources before i buy into this story that Jews would kill jews just to bring them to Israel

The first 2/3 of the book were great. Afterward, it got into the smaller details of the trials which I found uninteresting, as the finer details aren't what I read the book for. Perhaps not an entry-level book for learning about the early days of Israel, but it still gives a good picture of the Jew-on-Jew violence that took place and the crimes/schemes of the Israeli government. Zionism is evil.
