Nice alternative history tale

Great writing and engaging characters in the second book of the series. Setting this story within the historical, battle of the bulge gives it a strong plot arc. Really good use of historical locations, and life in the 40's, made me feel like I was a WW II soldier watching it all unfold. Can't wait for the third book.

Moody's seminal zombie novel AUTUMN was made into an (admittedly terrible) movie starring Dexter Fletcher and David Carradine. He has a ...more
