honestly it loses points bcos i was forced to read this. Dr. francis if you’re seeing this, you were wrong im not magically cured and will undoubtedly still suffer from anxiety/panic attacks daily (im salty as hell) stick to what you know and keep it at giving me my meds. (can you believe he told me exposure therapy won’t help me with my fear of people ????? i think it’s the best idea! not reading a book about anxiety but whatever) thanks anyways doc 💅🏼

Could benefit from incorporating emotions other than anxiety, especially given comorbidity with depression. But overall really helpful!

This workbook is a great companion for participating in (as a client) or facilitating (as a clinician) CBT for GAD. I'm looking forward to using it in my clinical work treating anxiety.

This book is extremely insightful and helpful for anyone that suffers from over worrying and anxiety. The work towards it is so worth the outcome and I loved learning ways to overcome my anxiety with progressive muscle relaxation and probability thoughts.
I highly recommend this book to anyone out there who needs the help to make life a bit easier with anxiety and I wish I knew about this book earlier.

This is an amazing book to read and go through every exercise week after week. Don't rush it, go step by step, and you'll gain a better understanding of the anxiety-worry connection, especially regarding the catastrophizing loops that can render you depressed as you see no way out.

This book is helpful for anyone that suffers from anxiety and worry. Using this Workbook along with the Therapist Guide as a new clinician has been extremely helpful for me during sessions.
