Nathalie Thompson wants to live in a world where coffee pots are never empty and everyone is living the extraordinary life of their dreams.
A dream-catching catalyst and motivational expert, she is the author of fearLESS and Mind Shifting and her articles have been featured on the Huffington Post and on the blogs of NYT best-selling inspirational authors Pam Grout and Mike Dooley.
This is a well written, easy to read book available for Kindle. The author includes a free download of a second booklet Called Mind Shifting with the purchase of this book. There is also a free MP2 download of guided meditation if you are not versed in meditation.
Ms. Thompson covers such topics as What Causes Stress, her Four Step Stress Reduction Process. She covers what each stressor is: physical, psychological, environmental and social. And then she covers ways to work through, and beat, each one.
As a medical professional, I found the book covers each area adequately, yet speaks to the layman, without talking down to him.
I found the book quite helpful, and I give it Five Stars.
And a big Thumbs Up!
I also give it my Highly Recommended award for anyone who deals with stress routinely, and who doesn't?
The ebook is available for Kindle on Amazon.com here for $2.99.

This book is a very practical guide to coping with the stresses of life. It is concise and gets straight to the point of providing tactics to combat stress--some of which can be implemented immediately. I recommend this read for anyone who has ever tried to read more lengthy guides and were just not successful in implementing techniques and sticking with them.
This book let me take control of my life again. What simple ways to control stress, and we let stress control us., it is amazing. Open you eyes to this book and the techniques that work.
