Unbiased, objective viewpoints on Sindhis and their journey, Rita goes in detail to explain the unfolding of events that not only made an entire community to leave everything and move to a different place, but also helps in understanding the mass exodus of people during Partition and the possible causes of it.
Being a Sindhi herself married into a Gujarati family and not to forget a scholar, Rita is the best person to write this book detailing on the life of Sindhi Hindus in Gujarat.
Do read it, even if you aren't a Sindhi or a Gujarati.
