I picked this book up a few years ago on a trip to Tennessee and the Grand Ole Opry. Didn't have time to see a show, but had great tours of both the current Opry facility, and the Ryman Auditorium. The book includes a nice timeline of performers and accompanying photos. The second half is a group of short bios on some of the Opry members. Tons of great photos and a nice souvenir.

This is an ongoing publication, updated every few years. The 1st was 2015(90th year) and the next should be 2025(100th anniversary). The 1st part of the book is a decade by decade history, the rest of the book(larger portion) is full page biographies of living members. All but 3 are active members(in the 97th anniversary edition). Those 3 are Barbara Mandrell, Dolly Parton and Randy Travis. A must have for both regular followers of the Opry and Country fans in general. It really is a companion guide to the followers of the Opry. So nice to read about the people you listen to each week on the Opry(both on radio and the internet[or in person!]. Every Country music fan really should know something about the Grand Ole Opry! Full page high gloss photos mostly in color. Facts, trivia, important dates, artifacts. An easy read and important for reference. This is an oversize book with a fold out front and back cover. Would have liked a few more pages in the history section but otherwise perfect. The biographies are fairly current with the publication date.
