Lisa Shea is a fervent fan of honor, loyalty, and chivalry. She brings to life worlds where men and women stand shoulder to shoulder, steady in their desire to make the world a better place for all. Most of her profits are donated to support battered women's shelters.
Lisa's works are all cleanly written with no explicit intimacy and little language. They are suitable for teens and up.
Lisa has written a wide range of fiction stories. She has medieval romances, modern murder mystery novels, sci-fi adventures, Scottish regency time travel romances, dystopian stories, 1800s-era black-Indian novellas, and Blackstone Valley mysteries.
In short stories, there's a thirty-one part story-a-day mini mystery series set in Salem, Massachusetts through the month of October 2014. There's a time travel series, a Biblical-era series, a zoo mystery series, an art museum mystery series, a diner mystery series with an Asperger's heroine, a romantic proposal series, three sci-fi and two contemporary shorts.
On the non-fiction side, Lisa has written nearly 100 books. There are low carb books, relationship books, green living, journaling, ASP programming, sleep and dreams, wine, wedding and courtship traditions, Melville poetry, and history. There is also a collection of books on self-help topics like working from home, reducing stress, yoga, meditation, using Twitter, running an author signing, and conquering a fear of spiders.
Lisa also writes poetry.
Lisa has thousands of pages online to help aspiring authors learn how to develop time management, write that book, lay it out, and get it published. Visit LisaShea.com for all the details, and free to email with questions!
This is a short, pretty standard breakdown of goal setting.
I did blink at her five year goal of having 400 works published on Amazon.

hmmm. published in 2016. So she might just make it? The titles are everything from the Care and feeding of Tadpoles to fiction works. I can't comment on the quality of any of them.
A lot of the advice herein relies on you clicking out to her external website, and that seems to be the point.
Got a free kindle copy. Hard to call it a book, when it comes down to some twenty pages of advices on how to set goal for yourself and to improve the quality of your life in return. Not bad advices per se, but unfortunately it's just that, a few pages of practical examples on how you could organize your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks. Too bad, there was so much to write on the topic. A very quick, easy read perfect when commuting. I will surely read more about this author.
The five star rating is well deserved because accomplished what she set out to, in this short book. It was an easy read because of the style and use of English. I felt like I was relaxing before a fireplace and at the same time engaged in a seminar. I recommend this book for those who are new at visioning and goal setting as well as those who could use a reminder.
Writing your vision uses this specific formula, the SMART goal. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely. The vision thats applies this formula has higher percentage to succeed. A simple and direct to the point book.
Let me say upfront that I did enjoy the book. I am a little “dense” so the bridge between having a vision and working on goals seemed the same. It is probably me. Again, I did enjoy the book.
Very good advice. I will try some of them. I couldn't organise myself or my time. Never. But, I am going to try this way. Thank you. Fully recommended 👍
Easy to follow, easy to understand and super easy to put into place. Setting achievable goals in a new way, for me at least. Prioritising and ensuring completion.
This will show you a quick method to writing your general vision statement: The "about you" that you would like to reach in the future. The vision statement is not about writing goals in detail. Lisa Shea, however, gives you the key to unlock a goal description and timeline for any achievement. It's not the best researched product out there, but it points you in the right direction. It's better than having no direction at all.
