I've given this 5* simply because it's rare to get a single book on the subject as much as for it's content.
If you just want to know about the various sausages worldwide then most of the available types are listed, 600, with description of ingredients.
If you want to make your own sausages there are 60 recipes.
If you just want to read about sausages than I strongly suggest you cook a few assorted types before you sit down. If you don't I guarantee you will want to get up and cook some to eat whilst you read !
