Just a short free book from amazon kindle app. It's OK... Didn't really gain any new wisdom or insight from it. Perhaps someone who doesn't self reflect as much could although I would think they would need a bit more guidance than this. Has a couple of examples of different ways of thinking, suggests considering what emotions are problematic in your life that you need control over and ways you might react if you don't have control over them, not dissimilar to CBT. Needs to expand on some of these emotions with examples of situations really with encouragement for setbacks. All in all, not more than I would expect for a very short, free read.
