Constance Barker lives in the Midwest with her husband and two Akitas where she can look out from her screened porch onto a wooded area brimming with activity. Since she was a young girl she read mysteries, often given to her by her grandmother. She loved figuring out who the culprit was and sometimes she was right and other times startled at who the author picked as the assailant. Now she enjoys writing mysteries herself. When she isn't writing stories, she can be found in her favorite vacation spot, Las Vegas or shopping for bargains.

Okay moving closer to the nitty-gritty

A good read, not great but good. Aidan's teacher has asked him to go to him. He has found something important that he needs his help with. Will Bailey go with him? What about Avery? The three fly to England, their destination still unsure but she feels that it is Stonehenge. Finding the first piece of the puzzle leads her to accept the quest to find the rest. A puzzle that will test her and could lead to death. Will she survive intact? Pus will she unravel the secrets of the professor? Meanwhile Piper is battling her own demons and notices that a young deputy has started following her. Why? Then Ryan collapses with a heart attack. Will anyone tell Bailey or will they let her concentrate on her quest? Why is the deputy following her? What reason does he have? Then Chloe goes missing. Should Piper follow her connection to try to save her? Who has taken her and why?
Again not really a mystery but more of an old fashioned fantasy saga.

Witching You Wouldn't Go is the 6th book in what will be a 7 book series. The other books thus far have been set in Coven Grove, with the exception of time spent in Faery. However, this time Bailey, Aiden, and Avery meet Gideon Tull (Aiden's former teacher) in the UK to go to Stonehenge in order to find the magic to save the Caves. What follows is an exciting trip across several countries to find the path and magic they need. During this trip, many interesting details are discovered, and the twists continue at home with the witches and Poppy in Coven Grove as well. Each group has mysterious things to figure out as well as real dangers. There is no lull in the action during this book! I found myself racing through it to find out how it ended rather than savoring it. Now I am anxious to read the final book in the series and see how all these oddities fit together!

You MUST read these books in order. Each book builds on the experiences of the main characters as well as experiences that affect the entire town of Coven Grove. But what a fun task it is to read all of these books and learn about the witches and wizards in Coven Grove. I highly recommend this series to anyone who likes witches, magic, mysteries, and the unusual. You won't be disappointed!

Wicked witching

Good story. It starts out a bit slowly, but picks up speed. Now I'm curious as to how the series will end.
